Pros:

We were very happy with our stay at the Prostyle Terrace. The room was a good size, the hotel amenities were pleasing and the location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to accommodate us. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious. It would have been nice to have had some evening food options on site, but we were well connected and could walk to get food within several minutes. The bed was a bit firm, but not excessive, and we slept o every night. Overall, highly rate this hotel and we would stay here again!

Pros:

Make sure to reserve a parking spot otherwise you will end up searching for a pay-for-parking area. The pillows were a bit hard, but the customer service and breakfast were good. Easy to get to Naha Airport from location!

価格を考慮すると、新しいホテルという以外は特に目立って良い点は無かったです。
朝食も価格と内容のバランスが合っていないです。
価格が安くて、質もより良いホテルは複数あるので、現状のままでは再度泊まろうとは思わないです。顧客満足度を上げる何かがあると良いと思います。

Pros:

朝食もお部屋も良かったけど、一見キレイに清掃されていますが、ベッドと家具の間にお菓子が散らかったままだったり、壁にホコリが付いていたりでとても残念でした。
一階エレベーター前の窓の桟とエレベーターの手すりもキレイにしていて欲しかったです。

小ぢんまりとして少し窮屈な感じはありしたが、ロビーの香りが良くお部屋も清潔感を感じました。バスタブの滑り止めやシャワーカーテンポールがオシャレで細かい所に気を遣われていると感じました。スタッフの方々も親切で良かったです！
屋上テラスは日常を忘れられる良い空間でした。

新しいホテルでめちゃくちゃ綺麗です。出れなかったですが、ベランダには椅子もありました。
最上階にはバーがあり、街が見渡せてとても気持ちが良かったです。
また泊まりたいと思います。

今回の目的は、ダイビングライセンス取得のため、那覇の海、港に近いところをと思いここにしました。
妻は留守番の為、国際通りにも徒歩圏内なので...
ただ、徒歩圏内だけど中程まで行くにはちょっと遠いかな～。
コンビニや飲食店、ゆいレールも近く不便はありません。
スタッフの方々はとてもフレンドリーで好印象でした。

きれいで清潔感があるホテル

とても清潔感のあるきれいなホテルです。部屋にテラスが設置されていて、なんとなくリゾート感覚になれました。ルームキーをかざさないとボタンが押せないエレベーターで、セキュリティーもしっかりしています。

旭橋駅から近く、大変便利です。
しかもホテルは新しく、またスタッフがとても親切。
那覇を楽しむ1人旅や女子旅、若いカップルにはおすすめです。
徒歩圏内に、美味しい居酒屋等の飲食店や有名なステーキ屋さんがあります。
ただ、確か9月まではお隣さんで大きな工事をやってますので、朝から夕方までは騒音が気になります。

場所わからず、電話での案内も今ひとつ。
着いたら駐車場に誘導され、工事中らしく、一面に水が溜まり、降りられない。悪びれる様子もなく、こちらが、ホウキがあれば水をはくことは簡単ですよね〜？に対し、あはーみたいな。
びっくりしました！お客様が困っていて伝えても何も気にしない。お客様を迎え入れてもてなす、基本がなく、こんなんでビジネスが成り立つのが不思議です。有り得ません！
