Anara Airport Hotel

Great breakfast buffet. So many choices from veggie salad with peanut sauce to omlets and croissants.

Very nice room, breakfast was amazing and location is perfect if you are in the move. Highly recommend it.

This was our second stay here dueing our travels, actually could of stayed at another hotel at companies expense but chose Anara based on experiences of past stay.

Staff is far superior than mist area hotels, they try hard to please you and to make sure your stay is 5 star.

Arrived around midnight with 7 very large and heavy luggage, as soon as they saw us approaching they came up and started to assist by taking luggage and placing in storage and asking about connecting flights, which we were switching to donestic and another terminal 10 minute drive away, luggage was over 300 lbs total.
Hotel staff arranged hotel shuttle to transport us next day along with picking up luggage and taking to shuttle to make it so eaay, costs were cheaper than hire of taxi! (Too much to take on shuttle bus or train). Now the breakfast buffet is the best, food and service is 5 star and it opens at 2:00AM for those early flights.

Can't go wrong with Anara Hotels.

The overnight stay here was very good, after we found the hotel. The wayfinding signage was very poor until you are almost there. Google takes you outside and not to the hotel at all.

The room was clean. The bathroom lean,but the shower was a bit mouldy.
The staff of the hotel were very hospitable and made our stay excellent. The buffet breakfast was extremely fresh, and a very wide array of sweet, savoury dishes.
We will stay again on our way back

This was a one night stop while travelling from Manado to Bali. We arrived at terminal 3 and the directions to the hotel were good but because they are renovating the terminal we had to go outside and come back in at the far end to go up the lift to the hotel (which confused us a bit). There isn't much signage for this hotel but people pointed us in the right direction. Once there the hotel was fine for one night and had everything we needed. The aircon and wifi were good and we ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on the mezzanine level (wine is very expensive here).
Our flight the next morning was from terminal one so we had to make our way back along the other end of T3 and go up a level for the Sky Train.

It wa sjsut comfortable, with excellent service.

Good functional clean hotel with friendly staff - perfect for airport stayover

This is a great hotel for transit. Easy to get to from Terminal 3. Staff is always very helpful and polite. The room is big and clean. The breakfast is very tasty and have a wide variety of food. The dining room is big and clean. Definitely my go-to transit hotel in Jakarta airport. Highly recommended.

Hotel staff are very friendly and have a good service attitude. The hotel is very clean and has a good location. However, the sink of the wash basin is not draining smoothly, the temperature of the water is not consistent and the quilt is a bit thin.

Walkable and convenient from international terminal 3 Soekarno Hatta airport, time safer for travelers
