非常に使い勝手が良かったです
部屋は清潔でしたし
スタッフもすごく丁寧に対応いただきました

２日間滞在のうち、一瞬だけお湯が出て後は冷水のみでしたので、入浴が不快でした。

立地は申し分なく、長期滞在に必要な設備――キッチンや広めの脱衣所、バスタブなどにも大変満足しています。
しかしながら、湿気の多さや室内全体の匂い、特にトイレ内の臭いがやや気になりました。
また、エアコンがベッドルームにしか設置されていないため、リビングがやや暑く感じる点も気になります。

何よりも最も驚いたのが、夜間に直径5cmほどのゴキブリがキッチン下から出てきたことです。
こうした施設では宿泊者がキッチンを使用する機会も多いため、食べ残しなどによる虫の発生リスクがあるのは理解できます。
だからこそ、ゴキブリ対策（殺虫剤の設置や薬剤の散布など）が事前に行われていないことに不安を感じました。

可能であれば、あらかじめ害虫駆除用の薬剤を設置していただくなど、基本的な対策を講じていただけると、
滞在者としての安心感が大きく変わり、全体的な印象もより良くなると思います。

Pros:

エアコンが寝室に1つだけだったので、ダイニングの方にもほしかった。
2つの部屋の温度の調整が難しい。
