Pros:

Good thing about the property was that it was very spacious. 2bhk flat with 2 bathrooms & balcomies.
The disappointing thing is that the advertisement on the website doesn't match the real condition of the space. Moreover, the place is poorly maintained with limited facilities provided.
They charge exorbitantly for meagre service. A very unethical practice.
I checked out after a day, although I'd booked for three
