Hotel was good. Location was not great.
Pros:

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was nice!

Cons:

Location was not what I expected. Breakfast did not have a lot of options and appeared there needed to be more staff to assist with breakfast.

We were asked for money in the parking lot from someone who told us he lived outside. We would see people coming out of the woods. Appearing to live there. We didn't feel safe at night with our kids.

Overall, a decent hotel. Clean, updated and a very good breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was nice. I loved the extended hours to 10 o'clock. There was something different every morning for the hot food and it was very good. Then they had the regular things like waffles, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt, and toast everyday. The hotel overall seemed very clean and updated. The pool was nice and even though I didn't use the fitness room, it looked decent.

Cons:

Most of the staff weren't very friendly and seemed to hate their jobs especially the ones that had to take care of breakfast. They did a decent job with it but they were very grumbley doing it. The beds in the room were not comfortable. I ended up with several bruises on my arm after the first night and couldn't sleep on that side anymore. Otherwise, it was clean and spacious and quiet for the most part.

We had an excellent stay, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and very accommodating, plus affordable!
Pros:

It was right in the center of several beaches, every where we went we were within 10-15 minutes of.

Cons:

The pool was cold, clean but cold not like last hotel pools and warm

Great way to connect with family. Room was spacious enough for us all to be comfortable.
Pros:

Size of suite and layout. Hotel was clean and staff was amazing. We also loved the shower head in the pool area to help rinse of the beach.

Cons:

Pillows were too mushy. Some of the charging outlets didn't work. I don't know if they were connected to the light switches but we couldn't quite figure it out. The only outlet that seemed to work consistently was the one right outside the bathroom. Also, the pull out couch mattress was bowed so my son did not sleep well.

Family and Dog friendly.
Pros:

Clean and pretty, close to stores and shops. It is always our favorite stop on our yearly migration. Absolute best hotel breakfast between Detroit and San Francisco. The gym is clean and large with plenty of windows, too. Staff was accommodating and helpful with our dogs.

Cons:

I did NOT request they be close. I requested they be adjoining. I received an email from you stating you had contacted the hotel and the request would be granted. They said they NEVER received that request and all adjoining rooms had already been filled. So did you send the request? Did they reply? There is a computer glitch I think. And you must research to make sure it is fixed for future guests!
