The hospitality is in another level, special thanks to Mr. Kanan from the front desk team who made my stay a memorable one, the check-in and check-out were so smooth. My room was neat with a nice view.

Every thing in hotel is amazing, the staff are so friendly , Jamil welcoming us and he gave us free extra bed 😍 the guy who was this morning on duty also he was very friendly i dont know him name , i love the breakfast , everybody is so friendly, thw shif alao made me a very yummy waffle ❤️❤️ i would recommend this hotel for everyone visita Baku

Öncelikle Qubat, Kenan, Huseyin beye sonsuz teşekkürler. Biz sabaha karşı geldik otele ve erken check in aldılar, dönüş uçağı yine sabaha karşıydı o yüzden kendiler geç check out verdiler, lounge kullandırdılar, Huseyin bey bizimle çok ilgilendi. Yardımseverlik, misafirperverlik on numara. Hayatımda hiç bu kadar iyi insanlarla karşılaşmamıştım. Bayıldım. Bakü’ye de bayıldık. Bir daha gelmek nasip olursa kesinlikle bu oteli tercih edeceğim. Ayrıca çalışanların hepsi de çok güleryüzlü ve yine muhteşem iyi. Çok çok teşekkürler.

Месторасположение отеля, дружелюбный и любезный персонал.

Cons:

Работа ресторана в отеле. Вечером крайне некомфортно ужинать. Долгое ожидание подачи блюд. В один из вечеров ждали 2 часа подачи еды. Группа из 8 человек - другие гости - не дождались и ушли. Они пошли искать другие рестораны. В другие вечера среднее ожидание составляло около часа. Нам сказали, что в целях экономии сократили персонал и сейчас готовят долго. И если в ресторан приходит несколько семей - ожидание будет долгим.
