Pros:

Location was great...the room was quite average

Cons:

Room was not that clean and plus they gave us room with no view
Not many options for vegetairan and when asked if they can give us more food options they said no
staff was rude too....she asked hefty amount for parking+

Great location
Pros:

Breakfast was great, liked how you ordered something hot off the menu and then there was a continental buffet. Valet parking was so convenient. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

City view wasn’t as good as the pictures, but it was a free upgrade through genius so can’t really complain.

Great location with attentive staff.
Pros:

Location and cleanliness.

Cons:

Being checked on our breakfast as an included meal as they stated booking through Booking.com it doesn’t come up there breakfast list??? It was embarrassing being held up at the breakfast concierge for them to go to the reception to check on our inclusion.

Pretentious, given the amount of scuffs, damage and unimpressive facilities in the room. Staff are lovely, can not fault them. Beyond the fancy facade though, the people I made the booking for said that given the exorbitant cost of the bare minimum room, there weren’t really that impressed

Pros:

Well located with easy access to the wharf and dock areas and convenient access to shopping. Clean and comfortable rooms. However, the standout is the staff. All bright, cheerful and friendly staff with a can-do, ‘nothing’s a problem’ attitude. Our booking was messed up from missing the first night due to a series of airline hiccups but was restored with an upgrade to compensate for the slight delay in retrieval and checking in.
