Great location with friendly staff.
Pros:

A good location not too far from the waterfront and also with access to the CBD.
Staff were very good with luggage storage support.

Cons:

Coffee machine looked like it had not been cleaned for some time and therefore we elected not to use it.
When the shower was on it had a piercing, squealing noise and really the room should not have had any guests in it on that basis. It was annoying and made watching TV difficult when someone was in the bathroom.
The view from the window was a brick wall.
Upon check in we were charged another $12 because we elected to use a debit card.
Prior to arrival I sent a request to the front desk re an upgrade that we had been offered via notification on Booking.com but no one responded.
Also sent my ACCOR membership number for inclusion but once again no one responded and I had to address this with the front desk upon departure.

A nice weekend getaway in Hobart
Pros:

The location was close to shops, restaurants and the pier. Very conveniently located and easy to find. Valet parking was offered and there are 5 minute parking bay right outside the front door of the hotel and the streets weren’t busy so it was really easy to park the car and drop off the keys to reception. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was large and very very clean. Very modern and had everything one needs.

The hot water In our room
Was terrible. It was luke warm if that. The hand held section of the shower was leaking so bad and could hardly be used as it was positioned in a terrible spot with hand rail hindering the movement of it.
No parking only valet parking

Not worth the stay
Pros:

Location was great
Breakfast was enjoyable
Chocolate hour was lovely

Cons:

Uneven bed, overcharged my credit card holding fee by $600, which was not even explained. Didn't explain the breakfast we had included or where to go, did not explain any facilities or WiFi instructions. Literally just checked us in.
