Cons:

Check in was not great. No explanation of room or Vallet parking or what the hotel offers. Just take money and here is your key. Probably wouldn't stay again as price of vallet is high. Happy to pay room prices but not $50 a night for vallet.

A very well placed and comfortable modern hotel with an Italian styled restaurant which met our need
Pros:

Breakfast was more than expected and quite sufficient.
Lobby, lift and hallways were clean and modern.
Our king room met all requirements and was spacious.

Cons:

In a very cold early snap our bed covering was just a little light.

Great location, comfortable beds, breakfast and range was delicious
Pros:

Breakfast options and range was great.
Beds were very comfortable.
Location was perfect, could walk to the harbour, sites and shops very easily.

Cons:

Pillow selection was too hard, not a mix of hard and soft in room to choose from.
I assume room service ran from a room above our room, we could hear trolleys in the night and early morning.

Mix feelings.
Pros:

Politeness and helpfulness of staff.

Cons:

Fewer facilities and amenities in the rooms. Our request for adjacent rooms was not taken seriously. No complimentary water bottles, as many hotels do, and water bottles were too expensive. Top-ups of tea bags and milk cartons do not occur unless specifically requested. No hook to hang clothes in the bathrooms.
