The rooms aren’t cleaned properly and I asked for my trash to be taken out and no one came to do so. Instead they act like they didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand my request.

I would stay again.
Pros:

The location is great - near restaurants. I like the hotel because during my state, the room was well maintained, but housekeeping is needed daily, carpet vacuumed tile or wood floors in bathroom mopped. Travelers don’t have supplies to clean the bathtub/shower and clean towels replenished and trashed picked up. Guests are paying more with less services.
