Not a good stay
Pros:

There was a leak in front of our room. Then I was charged $10 for parking which was never told to me by stuff. It was taken out of balance. Leak in the front lobby.

Decent hotel in good location.
Pros:

Location was good, pricing was ok, pretty clean. Laminate flooring, which is nice to keep cleaner, but much noisier with guests above. Paid parking is not clearly noticeable, but for a mid hotel, parking should not be charged for this type of Hotel.

Cons:

Should not be paid parking for guests. A little noisy from neighbors above.
