La tranquilidad
Muy comodo
Being on the Island was close to the park.
The room, floor was separated, walls in the main room had damgae from furniture being banged into the walls, the furniture was miss matched, with visible damage in the wood, the outside patio chairs were old and broken. The bathroom had a huge Crack in the wall, holes where screws had just been pulled out of the wall. The towel rack held up by a 2x4. The pool is small and outdated in the parking lot. The water is across the street behind private houses.
The staff, especially Cherish, was helpful and very welcoming. And it was w OK nderful to drive up to the motel room door to unload.
A little sparse but everything you need is there.
Location
We only had 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 nights. Only 2 cups for coffee for 1 day. Our plastic cups were split n couldn’t be used. Had to ask for clean towels for 2nd night.
We left. The owner did switch us to another location which was better.
We left. The motel smelled like mold. The rail going up the stairs was broken, the chairs outside the room were rusty, the chair in the room was old and dingy, the linens were grayish and the ceiling was grey from age. The mold odor was awful. I am asthmatic and could not stay there. It was honestly one of the worst places I have booked
Nothing really except AC was cold and location was quiet.
- easy to check in
-Towels were stained and felt like old rags
-Room smelled musky
-Never met any staff or spoke to a person face to face
- pool is either filthy or stained gazebo is not functional and in nedd or major repairs
-grills were horrible and looked like fire pits with all the trash and debris
I love this hotel, it's clean, quiet, and right by the water you can watch the sunset
There was no breakfast offered
There was a coffee pot in the room, but no cups. No hair dryer. Microwave without the turntable. Stove top with two elements detached. The ice machine was out of order. Pool not opened.
The room was big and clean.
The pool wasn't ready to swim in..
Breakfast was great.we didn't stay at Birchwood it was under repair. But the days inn was great
Not a thing
They moved me to another hotel that was not what I wanted. It was extremely important to have a room i could enter from outside as I was traveling alone with my 4 year old late at night. The room I ended up with I had to enter from inside which made it unpleasant unloading with a 4 year old and nothing to help with my luggage so I had to take multiple trips in and out so by the time I was done I was exhausted and my son was wide awake. So we go down for the breakfast to find only a few items to choose from which was really old stale bread old stale cereal and expired yogurt was what was offered. So I had no kitchenette I was supposed to which was my main reason going to the hotel because it was actually out of my way to come. But so now I have to go out for evey meal. Then the last night of my stay we losses power for hours. There was no staff to be found during that time nor any emergency items offered. We were just left in the dark to find our own ways. Then when we did get power I realized all my food I had for dinner was no good now so I had to go to the convenience store to by an over priced TV dinner. When I got back I found that I had only electricity in half the room so no TV no mirocwave or dinner and no heat. I called the front desk and the rude lady hung up the first time then finally came down to move me rooms refusing to check and see if electricity in that room worked appropriately which it did not I found out for myself and then she gave more attitude over it. So then by the time I woke up early the next morning we had no power again so I finally just gave up and I left wouldn't recommend either this hotel or the days inn that are owned by the same person so I will find something else for next time
A dive did not stay there dangerous
A dump
