Enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

The location was great…canal front with water bus stop outside, quiet location but only a minute walk to restaurants & shops. The staff were friendly & helpful. Room (we stayed in junior site) was fabulous and very clean. The breakfast had such a varied choice of hot & cold food.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.

Magical stay in a beautiful Venitian Palace
Pros:

The Palace is beautiful. The location is slightly outside the main touristique area, a bit quieter and the water bus drops you just in front, so super easy to get to when you arrive. Our room had view of the grand canal and the bridge, it made the waking up magical. Staff was adorable too!

Cons:

Nothing, all was absolutely perfect
