- bed was two seperate single beds rather than one. So we fell into the gap
- no pool or spa facilities other than sauna
- late checkin- they said 3pm but we received message at 4pm

Nice place, but the service is very poor.
Cons:

A beautifully renovated hotel—the builders did a truly incredible job! Unfortunately, a five-star hotel is defined not by the building itself, but by comfort and service. All evening—and indeed throughout the night—we were disturbed by unpleasant noises from the adjoining room; the connecting door clearly lacked adequate soundproofing. The extra bed was extremely uncomfortable. The staff paid us no attention at breakfast, only remembering to offer us à la carte breakfast and coffee as we were leaving. It is a shame; such a beautiful hotel certainly deserves better management and care.

Very helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel is perfect except we had a problem with the aircondition system. Otherwise it could have been a perfect stay. The staff helped us to make us comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately we paid for a canal view room but the ac wss not working properly so they changed our room, they upgraded it for a renaisannance room but still our first room was better.

Pros:

Der Palazzo ist wirklich schön!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war für den sehr hohen Preis viel zu klein.
Das Frühstück war vom Angebot nur mittelmäßig.
Der Service war teilweise nicht sehr professionell.
Insgesamt hatten wir von einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel mehr erwartet!
