Central location was the only redeeming quality.
Parking was hard as the lot was pretty full. Made my way up to the room and the temperature was set to 79 and took 6 hours for the temperature to come down. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed as there was debris everywhere. The light switches are very far from the lights they actually belonged to. Bathroom towels were dirty as every time I unrolled one there was HAIR on them and one towel straight up had dirt on it and was caked on the towel. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned prior as it was obvious someone else used it last. The AC unit hasn’t been cleaned in a long time as it kept blowing dust and dirt onto the bed. Other tenants are extremely loud and the room was overall very disgusting. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. This place was beyond filthy.
Always staff very friendly and responsive
TV in bedroom did not work.
LEAVING THE PLACE
THE ROOM LOOKED NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISED. COULD NEVER GET THE HEAT TO TURN OFF IN THE ROOM AND IT WAS MISERABLY HOT IN THERE EVEN A WORKER CAME AND TRIED TO TURN IT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT BECAUSE THE LADY THAT WAS ON CALL DIDN'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED. I HAD ALSO LOST MY KEYS THE LADY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE THEM TO ME THAT NIGHT SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME TO GO TO BED AND DEAL WITH IT THE NEXT MORNING EVEN THOUGH SHE KNEW WHERE MY KEYS WERE THAT NIGHT THAT HAD ALL MY FINANCIAL THINGS ATTACHED TO IT. THIS WAS JUST A HORRIBLE PLACE I PACKED MY THINGS WHEN I GOT MY KEYS AND I LEFT I DID NOT EVEN STAY.
We booked two queen beds and they only had a king bed. We left at 9 pm as this didn’t work for our family.
TV in bedroom didn’t work.
I like that its close to the airport. And I like that there's not alot of traffic of people in and out all over the place. Though the children are out and about more so. But they weren't annoyingly loud or unruly. Oh I also like the fact that Uber delivers right to the room. Walmart and a few other places/ eateries are are all in walking distance.
The upholstery of the couches and the chair is a little worn and dingy. I didn't sit on them. I went to grab a sheet from the closet and it wasn't folded. Just balled up and just tossed in the closet. However when I went to use it blood stains on it. Though it was probably clean. That was a sheet that should have been tossed.
The facilities looked quite new. The apartment style hotel came with perks: whole kitchen, big fridge, big desk, sofa, etc. The small fitness center and laundry room inside the small apartment complex was very accessible.
The room was definitely not thoroughly cleaned when I checked in. There were dust piled on the floor and in the corners, even the bed sheets didn't look washed before my arrival. The neighbors can get really loud. Although the quiet hours did help, but the thin walls/floor didnt help with the noise traveling through the night.
It was great to have a kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, counter and sink. It was super close to the airport, a few miles, so it made getting to the airport the next day easy. The facility was really just OK. It looked a lot better in the pictures.
However, what I thought was a good deal sort of changed when I realized that nothing is supplied, so I had to go buy dishsoap, sponges, sugar, etc. So that whatever you might have saved by the hotel being reasonably priced had to be spent in buying enough items to make the stay comfortable. For example, they had a basic coffee machine but did not supply any filters. It seems like the place rents out longer term to people, so we saw construction crews coming back after working all day. There was an upholstered chair and couch and unfortunately they had a not great odor. Paint was chipping all over the place. So overall, seedier than it appeared in the pictures. I won't say it was gross but it was on the way...needs painting, refreshing, and newer chair and couch that would not have an odor. Staff was no where to be found, though I was able to reach someone by phone.
I love how it’s basically like a mini apartment. The kitchen area is so convenient for those that is looking for a temporary stay.

It's a good extended stay place there was a decent kitchen and the bathroom was nice. Bed was comfy with plenty of linens
It didn't get cleaned every week even after we tidied up as requested. We asked for more towels and went almost 4 days without toilet paper despite asking for some more
