Would do it again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

Great location with good prices and everything you need.

Cons:

It’s more of my personal preference but the bed was too stiff for me. I’m an extra pillow top kind of gal.

Great for a quick stay for the airport or Raleigh / Cary area, but app and organization need work!
Pros:

The space is great, area is quiet, really close to a walmart and had all the basic amenities. We were glad it had a decent sized kitchen and was also close to the airport.

Cons:

We came in late and didn't like the app we had to use to get inside the building. It never seemed to work correctly or I had to fill out everything each time to just get into the main door and then to the room door, super glitchy. It seemed like our room was not finished with the restocking or cleaning, it would have been nice to have some paper towels or a dish sponge or hand soap or some extra towels at least. The microwave door handle was broken, but technically everything was there and worked otherwise.

My stay was okay but not worth the amount of money spent

I didn’t stay here. The room was so gross I ended up leaving and booking elsewhere on short notice.
Pros:

Central location was the only redeeming quality.

Cons:

Parking was hard as the lot was pretty full. Made my way up to the room and the temperature was set to 79 and took 6 hours for the temperature to come down. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed as there was debris everywhere. The light switches are very far from the lights they actually belonged to. Bathroom towels were dirty as every time I unrolled one there was HAIR on them and one towel straight up had dirt on it and was caked on the towel. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned prior as it was obvious someone else used it last. The AC unit hasn’t been cleaned in a long time as it kept blowing dust and dirt onto the bed. Other tenants are extremely loud and the room was overall very disgusting. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. This place was beyond filthy.

LEAVING THE PLACE

Cons:

THE ROOM LOOKED NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISED. COULD NEVER GET THE HEAT TO TURN OFF IN THE ROOM AND IT WAS MISERABLY HOT IN THERE EVEN A WORKER CAME AND TRIED TO TURN IT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT BECAUSE THE LADY THAT WAS ON CALL DIDN'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED. I HAD ALSO LOST MY KEYS THE LADY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE THEM TO ME THAT NIGHT SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME TO GO TO BED AND DEAL WITH IT THE NEXT MORNING EVEN THOUGH SHE KNEW WHERE MY KEYS WERE THAT NIGHT THAT HAD ALL MY FINANCIAL THINGS ATTACHED TO IT. THIS WAS JUST A HORRIBLE PLACE I PACKED MY THINGS WHEN I GOT MY KEYS AND I LEFT I DID NOT EVEN STAY.
