施設は最高、女スタッフさ最悪
Pros:

全体的に清潔

Cons:

唯一の女スタッフ、接客用語がなく、接客業として教育がなされていないのか接客サービスを台無しにしていた。お客の話を聴くよりも自分の話を優先し、おそらくこのことで指導されても何とも感じない性格の女だと思う。他の男性スタッフは問題なし。いちいち苛立たせる女でした。

良かったよ
Pros:

ハッピーアワーだね❗あれは嬉しい。一杯だけと言わず、制限無くしても良いかも。
ホテル自体は快適。申し分ない。
ベッドが大きくて良かった❗

Cons:

ティッシュが小さい。なんであんな半分のティッシュをわざわざ選ぶの？逆にコスト高じゃない？普通のボックスティッシュにして欲しい。
アルコールの自販機がない。
風呂場にバスタオルがない。フェイスタオルもない。それは悲しい。

久しぶりの宿泊❗️満足‼️

Decent value for money.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the drink bar which was nice after a long day to refresh, the double room was very pleasant and had an extremely large TV
I appreciated that you could also see how many laundry machines were being used as well as how busy the onsen was
I loved the quality of the onsen water and stone. The sauna was small but perhaps that also helped in keeping the heat in. Very small though more for only one person use vs. two.

Cons:

This is perhaps inevitable for a busy hotel but the hygiene of the onsen was not good.
On the floor was plenty of hair. I could see many signs nudging guests to use the roller to clean after themselves but this was sadly not being observed. I waited until around 10pm when the onsen was empty to go, while the water inside was wonderful I dreaded coming out of the shower because of all the hair - there was also a pair of used underwear on the counter. I felt I probably would have felt more at ease having a bath in my room. This is more a reflection of guest behavior than staff neglect but it was a shame as it made me not want to go to the onsen again in the morning even though the water was wonderful.
