Pleasant stay overall.
Pros:

Property is close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and to Nijo Market. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfy.

Cons:

Room space is limited, as like with almost all hotels in japan. Hard to open luggage, you'll have to place it above your bed.

Great location. Great value.
Pros:

I loved the location, right on the main shopping street. Train station was close by and a 7evelen less than a minute away. 20min from the park for snow activities. A mcdonalds right across the street was a plus for late night cheap dinner.

Cons:

It was dusty. My kid accidentally threw his doll on the top and it was very dusty to retrieve it back. The lighting was dull and the walls are dark, so against lighting, you can see all the dust particles floating in the hallways. So I know it just wasnt the rooms. Maybe put some air purifiers or so in the halls? It's discouraging to see dust particles floating around

ストレスフリーなホテル
Pros:

病院で寝具の制限がある中、真摯に対応してくださり、感謝です
立地もよく、ホテル起点で、いろんな所に遊びに行けました
コンビニや薬局も近く、便利！

Cons:

テーブルが少し小さい
部屋に加湿付き空気清浄機があったらなぁと、少し残念（加湿器は貸していただきました）
