Just the right distance away from most major attractions in Sapporo
Pros:

First of all, I booked for the breakfast buffet based on its good reviews here and was not disappointed at all. Kudos to the kitchen team for serving such a balanced and appetizing breakfast that allowed us to set off early to explore the city right after that. My family really looked forward to it every morning during our stay. The location of the hotel is superb and enabled us to explore the entire Sapporo's city center on foot conveniently. Hotel's theme is modern, quiet stylish yet down-to-earth and not swanky which fits my sweet spot perfectly.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small and there is little space to comfortably put our travel belongings & hang our clothing due to lack of wardrobes (we are staying 3 pax per room). Beds are clean and decent enough for a good night rest. We had to park our rental car at the nearby public carpark overnight which cost quite a bit during our stay, as the hotel private parking does not accept big-sized vehicles plus space is also subject to availability.

概ね満足だった、立地もよい
Pros:

立地もよく、ホテルの駐車場を利用でき、ミニバンでも可能であったこと。子供用のアメニティの用意があったことがよかった。チェックインまでの間、ラウンジが自由に使えたこともプラスだった。

Cons:

ハウスダストのアレルギーが家族にあり、少し咳込んだりしていたので、致し方がないことなので、ほんの少しだけ良くなかった点と思ってます。

街中で、連休前の金曜日で、お値段含めて良かったです
Pros:

お部屋のスペースに圧迫感無く落ち着きました。ソファの大きさも良かったです。携帯電話や小物を置くスペースも余裕があって良かったです。お部屋の壁にお部屋番号があるのが記憶に残って良いと思いました。

Cons:

バスタブを利用した時に排水口の臭いが気になりました。

Personal sehr freundlich, Lage gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr japanisch geprägt und bietet nur eine begrenzte Auswahl an westlichen Speisen. Wer Wert auf ein klassisches westliches Frühstück legt, sollte sich daher besser nach einem anderen Hotel umsehen.

Auch die Zimmer sind sehr klein, und insbesondere das Badezimmer ist ausgesprochen eng. Wer etwas mehr Platz und Komfort erwartet, könnte hier enttäuscht werden.
