Bellissimo posto ma cibo veramente pessimo, orrendo, immangiabile!

La location è bellissima..posto incantevole!!
Spaziosa la sala pranzo, anche quella esterna,fantastica pizza servita in piazzetta(ci ha salvati) camerieri accoglienti e disponibili.

Cons:

Purtroppo il cibo era orribile, pensione completa sprecata.
Poca scelta, tutto insapore, condimento lasciamo perdere..bacon crudo per colazione, croissant duri e vecchi, la pasta in bianco che avanzava da pranzo veniva "condita" diversamente e servita a cena, purè industriale in busta, torte salate crude e il ripieno era sott'aceto..mai visto nulla di simile..non lo consiglio per niente, ci siamo salvati con la pizza ( per tre giorni)
Veramente un peccato, basterebbe veramente poco!

Abbastanza pulito, animatori del villaggio divertenti

Cons:

La strada per arrivarci terribile, non abbastanza attività per i bambini, tempi di attesa per il check in lunghissimi, camera pronta dalle 17 è follia (una giornata persa,pagata,ma la camera è disponibile solo al tardo pomeriggio.)
Per chiedere un informazione all ingresso mi viene risposto in malo modo da una ragazza, infatti nemmeno aspetto e me ne vado.

Pros:

Bruyant mais sympa ! Les chambres sont entretenus et propre, les piscines sont grandes et plusieurs bassins permettent de ne pas être entassés.

La proximité avec la plage et des transats gratuits sont appréciés.

Wir sind aufgrund der Fahrt über Nacht mit der Fähre sehr früh angereist und wollten gerne frühstücken, da wir sehr hungrig waren. Dies wurde uns untersagt. Selbst als wir ausdrücklich gesagt haben dass wir es auch extra zahlen würden wurden wir weg geschickt mit der Aussage wir sollten doch später wieder kommen.

Als wir dann einchecken konnten haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen das nach Schimmel gerochen hat, wo der Putz von den Wänden fiel, das Zimmertelefon tot war, die Dusche keine Abtrennung hatte und ein altbackenes Horror Klo beinhaltete. Ich ging daraufhin zur Rezeption um nach einem anderen Zimmer zu verlangen. Die Dame wollte mich auf den nächsten Tag vertrösten, weil angeblich alles ausgebucht sei und versuchte mich abzuwimmeln. Als ich ihr sagte, dass wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht eine Nacht dort verbringen können sprach sie mit dem Manager und gab mir einen neuen Zimmer Schlüssel.

Zu den Essenszeiten war das Buffet meist sehr leer und das Personal kam zu keinem Zeitpunkt hinterher es aufzufüllen. Die Qualität des Essens entsprach meiner Meinung nach der Note 4.

Alles in einem nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr unfreundliches und unfähiges Personal. Und das Zimmer mit dem sie versucht haben Geld zu verdienen ist gesundheitsschädlich! Absolut Pfuj!

hotel para difrutar y poder hacer turismo por le norte de la isla
Pros:

Hotel vacacional con playa privada de rocas para hacer snorkel con tumbonas a 5min andando. Playa de arena con tumbonas a 5min en autobus del hotel con servicio continuo. Varias piscinas con bar en una de ellas. Personal amable.
Restaurante buffet con un poco de todo. Hotel bien ubicado para recorrer el norte de la isla. para 5 dias ha sido perfecto.

Cons:

Un solo restaurante, y aunque variaban los platos se hace un poco repetitivo con los dias pero estaba todo rico.
El cafe de maquina horrible.

Una grande delusione
Pros:

La struttura è ben curata, le camere sono nuove, la zona piscina è ben servita con lettini e ombrelloni.

Cons:

Servizio pessimo.
Gli orari indicati nel sito o nel riepilogo della prenotazione non sono quelli reali. Il primo giorno nessuno ci ha avvisato che il servizio colazione terminasse alle 9:30 e non alle 10:00, in VACANZA, e siamo rimasti senza colazione con un bambino di 2 anni a seguito, la reception ci ha liquidato con un “non so cosa dirvi, potete andare al bar” senza nemmeno scusarsi o pensare di offrirci il caffè dopo aver pagato profumatamente la pensione completa.
Le donne delle pulizie che alle 16:00 ti entrano in camera senza nemmeno bussare, il terzo giorno ho dovuto scrivere un biglietto “non disturbare” e metterlo fuori dalla porta perché la struttura non lo fornisce.
Zero servizi per le famiglie, nessun area giochi per i bambini come invece segnalato nei vari commenti sui social. Animazione imbarazzante, tutti alla prima esperienza ad eccezione del capo animazione, in giro non si vede mai nessuno. 30 minuti di Baby Dance senza il minimo entusiasmo. Tra le 23:30 e le 24:00 un villaggio dormitorio.
