Pros:

Emplacement idéal, tout est à proximité, ce qui rend le séjour très pratique et agréable. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et attentionné. Les chambres sont impeccables, très propres et bien entretenues. Une excellente adresse que je recommande sans hésitation.

Séjour parfait avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix, très confortable, calme et idéalement situé pour visiter Kyoto. 😊
Pros:

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par cet établissement. Le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement incroyable. La literie est très confortable et la salle de bain est particulièrement spacieuse, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Le ménage n’est pas fait quotidiennement dans la chambre, mais cela ne pose aucun problème car l’établissement met à disposition à l’accueil des serviettes propres que l’on peut changer tous les jours, ainsi que des brosses à dents jetables. Tout le nécessaire de toilette est également fourni.

Le calme est un vrai point fort : aucun bruit extérieur, c’est vraiment l’endroit idéal pour se reposer après une journée de visite.

La localisation est également parfaite pour visiter Kyoto. L’hôtel est proche de tous les transports et des commodités, avec même un 7-Eleven juste à côté.

Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Everything is good, check-in and check-out is smooth, the room is clean and comfortable. The location is only about 700 meters to Kyoto-Kawaramachi station and can walk to Yasaka Pagoda not too far. there is a 7-eleven nearby just 2 minutes

サービスはないけど安くて便利
Pros:

このお値段ではあまり期待していなかったのですが綺麗なホテルでした。
夕方には店員さんがいて、海外の方でしたが、とても親切に対応していただきました。
レンタル自転車があり時間のない中での散策が出来てとても良かったです！

Cons:

シャンプー、リンスは置いてあったのですが、3本あるのに何故かシャンプーが2本でボディソープがありませんでした^^;
朝レンタル自転車を借りたのですがいくつかわからないことを聞きたくても誰もいないので聞けずなんとか借りることが出来ました。

スタッフもお部屋も最悪の宿

立地はよかったです

Cons:

清掃が行き届いていない、という口コミを拝見してましたが、シャワールームのタイルは赤カビ？があり、歯磨き用コップの中にはほこり、タオルの四隅は汚れを拭いたのか緑カビのようなものが濃く染み込んでいました。
とても使えないと思い、近場の銭湯はへタクシーで行きました（歩ける距離ですがホテル前迎車で1100円でした）
コスパのいい宿は何度か泊まっていますがここまで酷いのは初めてでした。キレイな外観内装写真に騙されました

チェックインの際、個人情報のサインを書いてと用紙を出されましたが全く別の人の名前で違いますとスタッフへ伝えると、あなたがここを予約してるのは合ってる、昨日紙を出す人が間違えてる、などと言われ、新しく用紙が出せないのかしばらく待たされ後ろにも新しいお客さんが来てました。謝罪の言葉は無かったです。まあいいとします。

チェックアウト10時までなので9:40くらいに出るとフロントのソファで昨日の店員ともう1人のスタッフが、だらけて座っており、ありがとうございました、も何も無く、宿泊客が出て行くのに平然とだらけてスマホを触ったままでした。信じられません。

そんな態度のスタッフを見て、そりゃ部屋の清掃が行き届いていない訳だと納得できました、

가성비 좋고 방 넓고~
Pros:

와 가격대비 진짜 만족해여! 트윈에서 머물렀는데 방도 넓고 화장실도 넓어서 편하게 잤어요. 정수기가 따로 없어서 물은 사와야 했고, 도시세는 어플에서 총 200엔이라고했는데 체쿠인 할때 1박에 200엔이라 머문 날짜에 비례해서 추가로 현금 지출했어요

Cons:

다만 히터 아래 자리는 너무 건조해서 자는 내내 목과 얼굴이 건조해 져요. 히터가 빵빵하게 나와서 좋긴하지만 건조해져서 힘들었어요.
