Grand Heights Dubai Hotel Apartments

I have stayed in this hotel many times, it is a decent hotel in a decent area and good value for money. I also like the fact it has a washing machine which is a huge benefit in longer stays

The staff are very friendly and helpful

I have been here for about a week now and I’m loving everything the hotel has to offer. From the front desk people, to house keep. Very responsive and always ready to help you at all times.

I especially want to give extra appreciation to Gonzaga, George, and Rushumika. They have been exceptional through out my stay so far. I can’t thank them enough for their service.

Convenient quiet location 10 minutes walk from Dubai Internet City metro station.
Attentive and helpful staff.
Clean well kept comfortable rooms.
“Risen” cafe on ground floor serves exceptional coffee, cakes, and other food.
Area immediately outside building is clean, but lots of litter elsewhere ( nothing to do with the hotel, just my observation).

Personnel excellent, très bon accueil

L'appartement est plutôt spacieux, bien aménagé et bien équipé. Le personnel est toujours souriant disponible et à l'écoutele quartier est plutôt calme.
C'est juste un peu éloigné du centre de Dubaï (20/30mn en taxi), sinon rien a redire.

I had a great stay at the Grand Heights. Victoria and Manik made me very comfortable. I would highly recommend the Grand Heights.

The 1st thing I found was a roach in the frig....which means that things don't get thoroughly cleaned.
Be prepared to bring your own blow dryer as theirs has no power--it literally would not even move a piece of paper.
The "drying rack" is nothing more than a cable in the shower---don't expect items to get dry---they are hanging in the bathroom where people are taking showers---duh.
Adaptor---be sure to get an electrical adaptor of your own---the list says one is included but it is not.
You have to "rent" a garage entry fob---the problem is nobody can agree on how much it is...I was told it was 100 aed and my son was told it was 400 aed---and it has to be in cash---they will not use a credit card or even a debit card.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på Grand Heights. Servicen var helt i top, beliggenheden tæt på metro, og det var nemt at komme rundt i Dubai med offentlig transport eller taxi.
Hotellet har en god café, hvor vi startede dagen med fantastisk morgenmad og god kaffe.
