Lieblingshotel in Hamburg
Pros:

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Lage perfekt, diesmal mit Auto in der Tiefgarage. Zimmer mit Blick auf Elbphilharmonie (vielen Dank dafür😊)
Wir frühstücken normalerweise nie, hier also auch nicht, deshalb keine Meinung.
Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, alles drin, was es braucht. Bequeme Betten, ruhig.
Wir werden nächstes Mal in Hamburg wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Alles im allem aber ein guter Aufenthalt. Sauberes Hotel in super Lage.
Pros:

Es war sauber, klein aber fein.
Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und die Lage war top. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und ausgewogen.

Cons:

Wartezeiten beim Frühstück und in der Schlange stehen, um einen Platz zum sitzen zu bekommen. Teilweise nicht mal an richtigen Tischen oder Stühlen. Eher in Loungesesseln und niedrigen kleinen Tischen. Nicht sehr bequem, wenn’s ums Essen geht. Leider keine Info darüber beim einchecken. In den Aufzügen waren kleinere Schilder. Wir hätten nicht gedacht, dass diese wirklich SO ernst zu nehmen sind.

Beim Frühstück unglaublich voll,lange Schlangen und dann muss man beim Frühstück auf Sesseln an Beistelltischen essen. Kleines Zimmer ohne Schrank,kein Wasser(kocher)o.ä.vorhanden .

Zentral gelegen, nicht sauber, unkomplizierte Abwicklung

Eine sehr gute Lage und ein unkomplizierter Check in

Cons:

Das grüne Deko Kopfkissen hatte eine weiße getrocknete Flüssigkeit darauf, das Bettzeug hat nach kaltem Schweiß gerochen und im Badezimmer waren noch Haare von den Besuchern vor uns an den Wänden.

Nice hotel in Hamburg's warehouse district
Pros:

This hotel is what I expect from a Motel One hotel: nice design, comfortable bed, and a decent location (this one is near Hamburg's Speicherstadt/warehouse district, and roughly a 7-minute walk from an S-bahn station). The rooms are a nice size, too.

Cons:

The bar in the lobby is very trendy and pretty, but it's also where they have breakfast in the morning, and there's not really enough space for everyone; there was always a line for breakfast, and many of the seats aren't at actual tables. And, like most other Motel One hotels, there are no coffee machines or kettles in the room.
