Schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Lage war 1A

Cons:

Frühstückswartezeiten bis zu 1 Stunde! Sind dann extern frühstücken gegangen. Kulanterweise wurde Preis erstattet.

Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück musste man 15 Minuten auf einen Sitzplatz warten, da die Terrassen aufgrund des Wetters nicht genutzt werden konnten.

Tolle lage nette leute - totalausfall frühstück
Pros:

Sehr sauber, klasse personal

Cons:

Die frühstück situation ist einfach nicht ausreichend.
Zwischen 0830 und 0930 40 minuten wartezeit ist nicht zumutbar.
Haben dann alle frühstücke storniert und mussten zeitaufwändig auswärts zum frühstück
Es ist ein klares miskonzept - einfach zu wenig platz.

Man kann das bodentiefe Zimmerfenster öffnen
Pros:

Endlich mal ein Kettenhotel, bei dem man das Zimmerfenster öffnen kann. Kurze Wege zum Hafen, der Elbphilharmonie und zum Miniaturwunderland. U - und S-Bahn Stationen in der Nähe.

Cons:

Preis - Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück passt nicht, z.B. Käseauswahl: 2 Sorten Schnittkäse und eine Sorte veganer Käse.

Wir würden das Hotel bei einem Aufenthalt in Hamburg jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage; alle Ziele zu Fuß zu erreichen. Abstellen des Autos in der Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Wartezeit beim Frühstücken.

Die Lage war sehr gut

Cons:

Die Parkplatz Situation war extrem schlecht, da Parkende von außen, dass Parkhaus für die Gäste blockiert haben und es somit schon voll war.

Sehr sauberes und ruhiges Motel in Top Lage, 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen/Speicherstadt. In die andere Richtung 10
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr ruhig in den Zimmern. Balkon zum Michel, man hört bei geschlossenem Fenster noch nicht mal die Turmglocken.

Cons:

Frühstück nach 8 Uhr mit langer Wartezeit. Sitzplätze beim Frühstück zum Großteil nur auf Loungesesseln und Couch/Beistelltischen.

Solides Hotel, etwas zu teuer für die normale Ausstattung
Pros:

Die Lage in Hamburg ist super, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, auch der ÖPNV ist schnell erreicht. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf die Elbphilharmonie.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht eng für 2 Personen, wir hatten einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt gebucht, Ablagemöglichkeit waren für 2 Personen nicht vorhanden, auch im Bad gab es wenig Stauraum.

Das Reinigungspersonal kommt morgens recht früh, wir wurden am ersten morgen 2x geweckt, das erste mal bereits um 9Uhr (für Urlaub jetzt nicht all zu spät vor allem weil es viel länger ein Frühstücksangebot gibt). An diesem Tag wurde dann gar nicht gereinigt, auf unsere Bitte hin wurde am folgenden Tag etwas später gereinigt, am 3. Tag wieder gar nicht, obwohl das Reinigungspersonal uns sogar gesehen hatte, als wir das Zimmer verließen.
