Tolle Lage, aber Frühstück Katastrophe.

Gemütliche Zimmer, sehr gute Betten, man kann schön lüften & sehr freundliches Personal. Zudem Lage echt super.

Cons:

Frühstück - dies war vorher wohl sehr gut bewertet. Wir waren nur einen Morgen von zweien dort frühstücken, weil die Warteschlange eigentlich als Hotel untragbar ist. Man steht ab 8 Uhr im Endeffekt fürs Frühstück an damit neue Tische frei werden. Personal im Frühstücksbereich freundlich aber total überfordert mit der Menge an Leuten. Tische werden spät abgeräumt, zudem eigentlich auch zu viele große Tische, wenige kleine, was die Wartezeit auch verlängert. Es gibt keinerlei Rührei/Spiegelei/warme Speise? Was ich ebenfalls für ein kontinentales Frühstück nicht tragbar finde. Lediglich Brötchen (die aber lecker), viele Süßspeisen, Aufschnitt und normale Eier.

Pros:

Ett hotell med genuin Hamburgskänsla.
Personal med stor servicekänsla. Mycket fin frukost.
Utmärkt läge för bl a besökare till Elb Philharmonie, vilket var vårt mål.

Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal zu jeder Tageszeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bar war sehr gemütlich und die Kellner*innen sehr nett. Sehr schöne Lage, man konnte vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Sehr ruhig. Perfekt, kommen sehr gerne wieder.
