Wir kommen sehr gern wieder
Pros:

Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort. Es passt einfach alles: Lage, Zimmerqualität, Frühstück, Bar,…

Cons:

Dieses Mal gab es um 4.30 Uhr einen Feueralarm und alle mussten das Hotel. So etwas kann passieren und zum Glück war es ein Fehlalarm. Doch durch das Hotel hätte es durchaus eine Reaktion des Bedauerns geben können.

Hamburg zwischen Hafen und Innenstadt

Lage des Hotels sehr gut, Bar gemütlich.

Cons:

Zimmer extrem klein, und spartanisch eingerichtet. Selbst bei besserem Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank.
Bei Anreise wurde man gefragt ob man teilweise auf den Zimmerservice verzichten möchte. Wir haben gesagt m, dass nur einmal während des Aufenthaltes der Zimmerservice durchgeführt werden muss. Wurde mit einer Flasche Wasser entschädigt. Durchgeführt wurde gar kein Zimmerservice. Bis jetzt das teuerste und schlechteste Motel one in dem ich Gast war.

Ruhige Lage und doch Zentral.

Cons:

Zu wenig Tische und Stühle an denen man Frühstücken kann .Es bestehen mehr Lounges.
Leider kein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer.

modern accommodation with a beautiful view

Cons:

The balcony was more of a disadvantage, as it's shared by all the rooms on that floor overlooking the canal. This forces you to keep your curtains closed to prevent anyone from looking in. There was only one coffee machine. The second one used oat milk. From what I observed, most guests only used it because the line for the regular coffee machine was too long. The buffet focused on vegan options, and it tasted accordingly. The selection of sausages, however, was meager. There was no drinking water for guests, which is very poor by international standards.

Läget var riktigt bra. Smidigt med parkeringshuset under hotellet.

God placering i Hamborg (12 min gang til centrum) gode parkeringspladser, rent, hyggeligt lounge område.

Cons:

Morgenmaden var hektisk, og ikke det mest spændende ift udvalg. Dvs ingen vafler, pandekager, eller æg/bacon
