Reasonable.
Pros:

good location, reasonably priced, nice rooftop bar. Price a bit steep compared to African, but bearable.

Cons:

Shower could be more comfortable.

Mon sejour à l'hôtel Casa a été épique. Je profite pour rendre hommage à tous ceux qui ont contribué
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est quasiment complet. Le deuxième étage est un emplacement intermédiaire qui satisfait les clients qui se trouvent aux différents niveaux. Le service est vraiment impeccable. Je vous recommande d'aller de l'avant pour maintenir le cap.

Cons:

C'est très important de proposer un accompagnement facultatif pour les visites des sites historiques de la République du Bénin. Vous pourrez inclure la visite du plage. J'ai été à la plage en face l'hôtel mais je n'ai pas pu trouver quelqu'un pour me prendre une photo.

Excellent all round
Pros:

The staff are extremely nice and the rooftop restaurant serves excellent food. Breakfast is probably the best I have had in numerous hotels in Cotonou. My room was very nice and included coffee making facilities. I will definitely stay here again.

Disappointing
Pros:

The staff were amazing, quick to respond and very hospitable. This was what I enjoyed most aside from the location.

Cons:

The facilities were barely functioning:, the room I got the balcony door was not opening. The Air con. kept going on and off. The fridge in my room was on but not cold. One time there was an electric fault in my room. The room also did not have a very fresh aroma. For the price completely not worth the stay!

Small room. Small bathroom. Air-conditioner making noise and cooling is not effective. The bathroom water supply is not with adequate pressure.
