Staff at the lobby

Cons:

Bad attitude during service at the self service table in the restaurant. Giving orders to clients when they are serving their plate is childish. Respect self service as stated or serve people at their table.

I admire the staffs that are passionate about their jobs .
The hotel is a most stop for the night or vacation.

Cons:

Nothing for me to pick point really ,all hood see it the food side of the staffs and that have won .I will surely visit again....

Je garderais du bien de mon passage dans cet établissement une super équipe .
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est copieu, il y a le choix et le personnel est vraiment gentil et attentif à votre demande, le service est juste parfait, l'hygiène est au top nettoyage journalier, changement des draps et serviettes. Rien à dire.

Cons:

Salle de bain , la pression du jet de douche et du robinet est vraiment très très basse donc très peu d'eau pour se laver, et sa taille qui est si petite. Juste ce petit point négatif qui pourrait être mieux, dommage.

good location, reasonably priced, nice rooftop bar. Price a bit steep compared to African, but bearable.

Mon sejour à l'hôtel Casa a été épique. Je profite pour rendre hommage à tous ceux qui ont contribué
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est quasiment complet. Le deuxième étage est un emplacement intermédiaire qui satisfait les clients qui se trouvent aux différents niveaux. Le service est vraiment impeccable. Je vous recommande d'aller de l'avant pour maintenir le cap.

Cons:

C'est très important de proposer un accompagnement facultatif pour les visites des sites historiques de la République du Bénin. Vous pourrez inclure la visite du plage. J'ai été à la plage en face l'hôtel mais je n'ai pas pu trouver quelqu'un pour me prendre une photo.
