Nice clean spacious rooms bout 10 min to centre quiet location.

Cons:

Had breakfast option but was far to busy when I came down so ate at wetherspoons.

Your staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Breakfast had a good selection and was decent quality.

Cons:

Quality of the coffee at breakfast wasn’t very good at all. Only having one waffle machine at breakfast. Limited tea/coffee supply in the room.

Housekeeping started at around 8.30 on Sunday morning and could be heard clearly from inside the room.

Good location within walking distance to most attractions in the city, best pillows comfortable beds, nice bathroom with toiletries, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast choice

Cons:

for the price point the tea tray was very basic, no choice of teas, only one teaspoon, and 3 little UHT milks, would expect at least a bottle of water in the room, there is a fridge in room could put some milk or water in there. The rug in between the beds could be cleaner.

Pros:

Comfy bed, feather duvet and selection of pillows. Beautiful foyer to relax in and great selection at breakfast
