Great hotel - would go back
Pros:

Location was great with a Luis stop outside. The staff were all really great. A special mention for host Aidan and Irene, both friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless . Comfortable beds and great shower!

Great location, be prepared for noise.

Cons:

First night stay, there was no linen/pillows for the sofa bed. Had to request this from reception. That night, significant noise from next door, we had to complain to reception to get it sorted. Kept us all awake for hours.
2nd day and even after requesting, our room wasn't cleaned or towels replenished. Had to call reception again. We were returning guests as we our previous stays were great.
We did discuss all of the above again at check out. We felt it was kinda dismissed and wouldn't be looked at. Our stay wasnt cheap and thats fine but we did expect a higher level quakity of stay and taking all of this into consideration we did expect some sort of refund. Most likely will not return due to this.

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip bei dem man sich viel anschaut und viel unterwegs ist war es in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Die meisten Angestellten waren zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Fenster im Zimmer sind nicht zu öffnen und in unserem Zimmer waren der Abfluss des Waschbeckens und der Dusche verstopft. Die Zimmerreinigung wurde nur 1/4 mal durchgeführt.
