Pros:

ダブルベッド４つのうち、上段２つはシーツが掛けられていない。
自分の確認不足も有るが、お風呂ではなくシャワールームだったので、小さな子どもづれには厳しかった。
ホームシアターがあったが、Netflixなどの全てが見られなくて、結局、液晶テレビの地デジしかみれなかった。

とても綺麗でした！リセッシュや、コロコロ、洗濯洗剤、コーヒーなども置いてあり、充実してるなと思いました！！

チェックインの仕方が分かりづらく、何度も通話で教えていただきました。家族4人で利用。室内はホテルよりリラックスできました。洗濯機があったのはとても良かったです。隣の部屋の音や声は全く気になりませんでした◎

まず、チェックインから最悪。タブレット端末で宿泊者全員の入力を寒いロビーでさせる。これって事前にスマホでできなかったのでしょうか？時間の無駄でしかない。スタッフとの通話でも雑音だらけで、聞き取れないのに勝手に通話を切られる。駐車場はあり、空いてるのに、ないと言われる。私達は素直にお金を払ってコインパーキングに止めましたが、他の車はずーと止めてましたが？どういうことですか？納得いかない。
部屋に入れば、生乾きの臭い、風呂はカビだらけ、ホコリも凄い。自分で掃除しました。
プロジェクターと2段ベッドは子供が喜んでました。

受付がわからなくなっても電話で対応してもらえた。ただ、チェックインの時の画面がすぐログアウトしてやり直しが何回かあったからそこは改善して欲しい。

We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable.
The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad.
Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. The toilet and shower were in separate spaces. The surrounding area is very quiet but not unsafe. Approx 15 minute walk from subway or 5 minute walk from the bus stop.
Overall a comfortable stay, just wished the check in process was a bit more efficient.
