La ubicación es muy buena

Me dijeron que mi habitación estaba lista y resultó que no.
No dejaron que mi compañero me ayudará a subir las maletas pero después cuando ya las había subido le dijeron que me podía ayudar.... sin comentarios.

L’hotel si trova in pieno centro a Rotterdam, in una posizione davvero comoda per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Il punto di forza principale è senza dubbio il prezzo: è stato l’unico hotel che ho trovato a circa 100€ a notte, praticamente la metà rispetto a tutti gli altri della zona.
La reception è aperta 24 ore su 24, un grande vantaggio soprattutto per chi arriva tardi o ha orari flessibili. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose, così come il bagno, cosa non scontata per un hotel in centro città.
Molto piacevole anche la sala all’ingresso, un ambiente accogliente dove è possibile rilassarsi, passare un po’ di tempo e mangiare cibo preso fuori.

Cons:

La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare, come già segnalato anche da altri ospiti. Non era scarsa al punto da rendere il soggiorno impossibile, ma sicuramente migliorabile.
Avevo richiesto una sveglia per le 10:45, ma l’allarme è suonato alle 10:00, creando un disagio evitabile.
Inoltre, durante la notte e la mattina si sentivano spesso porte che sbattevano, causando parecchio rumore.
In controtendenza rispetto a quanto letto in altre recensioni, però, l’acqua calda era sempre disponibile e in quantità sufficiente. Il riscaldamento è praticamente spento o tenuto a 19°C, per scaldarsi è necessario accendere un termpo portatile ad olio che inevitabilmente si spegne quando si esce dalla stanza in quanto le prese elettriche vengono staccate, ciò significa che se si sta fuori per molto tempo al rientro la stanza è fredda e ci vorrà tempo per riscaldarla.

Veel mankementen in de kamer; kiepraam werkte niet, wastafel badkamer lekte enorm, bedlampje flikkerde, wastafel enorm laag, Klein bed voor 2 personen. Ruimte voor de wc heel krap. Douchegel was niet bijgevuld.
