Nice and comfortable stay for a couple nights.
Pros:

Good location, near the city centre. Nice and spacious room. Building has a lift which is convenient.

Fans and a wall in room were dusty.

Cons:

Bij aankomst kregen we eerst een kamer die helemaal niet schoongemaakt was. Vervolgens kregen we een andere kamer die wel gekuist leek, maar zeker niet voldeed aan de hygiënenormen die je van een hotel mag verwachten. Er lag overal stof op de kasten en tafels, de vloer was niet proper en de lakens zaten vol vlekken. Daarnaast waren de stoffen stoelen sterk bevuild met verschillende vlekken en zagen ze er versleten uit. Dit zorgde voor een zeer teleurstellende ervaring en voldeed absoluut niet aan onze verwachtingen.

The location is brilliant, but it's a lively area so if you want peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Supermarket right next door. Loads of bars and restaurants.

Esperienza davvero pessima, assolutamente da evitare.
La camera era in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili: forte odore di muffa e di chiuso già all’ingresso, ambienti sporchi e poco curati. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano macchiati, sporchi e addirittura bucati, cosa assolutamente inaccettabile per una struttura ricettiva.
L’intero hotel dà l’impressione di essere trascurato e privo di manutenzione.
Per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo uno standard completamente diverso. È stata una delle peggiori esperienze mai avute in hotel. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno e sicuramente non ci torneremo.

Die Lage war nicht so schön. Unten sehr veraltet und alles extrem laut. Es ist mit einem Hostel zu vergleichen.
