Pros:

Not a 5 star hotel, but very comfortable with friendly staff. Convenient to the airport.

Cons:

No utensils in the kitchen. No pots or pans in the kitchen. No glassware in the kitchen. You had to buy it at the front desk area or bring it with you.

We like it here as it is a great value for the price!
Pros:

Clean room, easy check in and parking. Kitchen a plus! New clean tub. Safe for a soak!

Cons:

No tea available or packets of salt and pepper. Not everyone drinks coffee. Most hotels know this and provide tea.
Have to bring cookware, utensils plates forks etc.
Could hear a crying baby and yelling mother from another room. :/

A contemporary, clean, comfortable property for extended stays in the area.
Pros:

It was a contemporary, clean room with a kitchenette for a really reasonable price.
Very comfortable.
Great long, comfortable bath towels. Nice bed linens too.

Cons:

-No continental breakfast unless requested for delivery to your room the night prior ($7.50).
-I was unable to stream, via my smartphone, internet movie services over the TV in my room. It did not have the ability to do that. The TV was fine for watching the multitude of channels available via cable.

Almost Perfect Stay!
Pros:

This hotel experience was one of the best I've had in 30 years of travels. The room was very spacious with all the amenities I could have expected, including a very functional kitchen area with a cooktop, microwave, sink, standard-sized coffee maker, and large refrigerator. The bathroom area was very clean and pleasant to use with adequate counter space and the nicest bath/shower unit I've seen in years with several shelf areas for toiletries.

The rest of the room was mostly very clean and while the beds were firmer than average (probably due to lack of a memory foam topper), I was able to sleep fairly well. I also enjoyed having the big recliner. The heater/AC unit was easy enough to operate, provided adequate white noise, and I was able to get the room to a good temp for sleeping.

Cons:

The only real negatives were some of the other guests made loud sounds in the morning which was slightly irritating, though this was not the hotel's fault. Also, the front desk attendant when I checked in looked very unprofessional in appearance (dressed very sloppy, extremely overweight, and looked very unkept) which was a bit offputting, though he was pleasant enough to work with. Finally, while the room was mostly spotless with no strange odors, the kitchen area could have used a bit more attention to detail with some unknown residue and smudges in a few places.

While they do not offer a traditional continental breakfast, they did offer a breakfast in bed service option for about $7.50. I opted to make my own breakfast with a few hand-selected items from the local grocery store which worked great. I didn't see the lack of regular breakfast as a problem and figured it probably helped on the room cost. Overall I would give this facility 8.5 out of 10, and with a few small adjustments would easily give them a perfect 10. Highly recommended, especially if you appreciate having a small kitchen.
