Almost Perfect Stay!
Pros:

This hotel experience was one of the best I've had in 30 years of travels. The room was very spacious with all the amenities I could have expected, including a very functional kitchen area with a cooktop, microwave, sink, standard-sized coffee maker, and large refrigerator. The bathroom area was very clean and pleasant to use with adequate counter space and the nicest bath/shower unit I've seen in years with several shelf areas for toiletries.

The rest of the room was mostly very clean and while the beds were firmer than average (probably due to lack of a memory foam topper), I was able to sleep fairly well. I also enjoyed having the big recliner. The heater/AC unit was easy enough to operate, provided adequate white noise, and I was able to get the room to a good temp for sleeping.

Cons:

The only real negatives were some of the other guests made loud sounds in the morning which was slightly irritating, though this was not the hotel's fault. Also, the front desk attendant when I checked in looked very unprofessional in appearance (dressed very sloppy, extremely overweight, and looked very unkept) which was a bit offputting, though he was pleasant enough to work with. Finally, while the room was mostly spotless with no strange odors, the kitchen area could have used a bit more attention to detail with some unknown residue and smudges in a few places.

While they do not offer a traditional continental breakfast, they did offer a breakfast in bed service option for about $7.50. I opted to make my own breakfast with a few hand-selected items from the local grocery store which worked great. I didn't see the lack of regular breakfast as a problem and figured it probably helped on the room cost. Overall I would give this facility 8.5 out of 10, and with a few small adjustments would easily give them a perfect 10. Highly recommended, especially if you appreciate having a small kitchen.

Good place to stay for a last minute flight
Pros:

Convenient location to catch a flight out of MFR…hotel generously arranged for complimentary taxi service to the airport for me…room was clean & well cared for, but although the room had a kitchenette complete with cupboards and drawers, they were completely empty. No cooking implements or anything…so odd!

Good, bad, and disgusting!
Pros:

Nice rooms, television remote is very confusing. Clean and well kept lobby.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we stay there because it is dog friendly, and we are responsible pet owners…apparently no other guests are because there are piles of dog poop on just about every section of lawn in the sides and back of the property…basically a field of “land minds” every where. We stayed there two weeks ago and it was just as bad. We may not return because of this. Something has to change!

Stressful but accommodating.
Pros:

Your staff!!!!! The staff is so incredibly accommodating. I had to place my 75 yo mother here after being displaced. I drove up from CA to help her as she landed up in emergency surgery. Her stay was then extended at the last minute with me here now helping take care of her. I can't thank the staff enough for their passion and consideration.

Cons:

How heavy the doors are to the rooms. They slam!!
