Amazing hotel

The premises is perfectly maintained.
The room was amazing.
Breakfast and dinner were ok, nothing wow.
The issue they have is always shortage in pool and beach beds, although the place was not that crowded.

Beautiful views, clean modern rooms (we stayed in the executive suit) and friendly staff. Food options are very underwhelming however, this is not 5 star level dining or even close. Also some staff struggled with speaking English or Arabic which is crazy to me as that should be a prerequisite to working at a 5 star hotel resort

We had an issue with TV connectivity for the whole night and sacle in room was out of order.

A beautiful weekend stay for my birthday. The staff organized a special room with decoration and the restraint Salia decorated a beautiful table. The watersports with kayaking and snorkelling was very professional and fun.

A great place to relax and unwind.
Only downside is the food options in the hotel & the area around it.

Great property. Facilities weee good. Gym, pools, beach all spacious and despite being full it dud t feel crowded. Rooms were large. Easily managed to fit an extra bed and still enough space. Food was very good. Being a long weekend just one restaurant had dinner a la carte. They could have added more service on the beach during the day. We will be back!

This is a great place for a getaway.
The hotel is a one stop adventure.
Lots to do. The choices of restaurants and food quality is amazing. Most of all the staff .. everyone just amazingly friendly, helpful and accommodating.
I really enjoyed my time there!!

I cut my foot to the point I needed stitches. I asked for a first aid box. I hate to chase them to come as the chap was ‘finishing his current errand first’ and took about 10 mins to arrive. He was not first aid trained, and gave incorrect advice. It was shocking for a hotel of this standard. No one checked the next day or on check out.

The service at the pool was very slow and unattentive. Nice resort, shame about the staff and lack of training. There are cheaper resorts in the same area with better service.

The hotel deducted 2300AED from my credit card. Luckily I noticed and informed the reception. They said system issue!

With a beautiful hotel and high standard rooms, unfortunately the safety system was confusing and the food was extremely horrible. The food standard is not matching at all with Address standard and was a huge failure

Great check-in service from Mahmood, adult pool experience on Sunday afternoon spoiled by the antics of drunken guests.

The hotel, facilities and quality of food are amazing, we will definitely come again. The only item to criticize would be that the staff at the breakfast buffet were very junior and clearly overwhelmed with the number of people in the restaurant, other than that the stay was superb.
