Very disappointed
Pros:

Just because it was right across the NRG stadium

Cons:

Our room was hot all day through the night. We called front office. They never responded. We called multiple times. each time we called they never responded then as we’re going up and down the elevator, it smells like paint like strong paint through the whole building which was given us a headache. Then we wake up to get breakfast and when we go into the breakfast lobby eggs look like they are not cooked fully were runny sausage links were undercooked and set in water like they were boiled so my other option was getting bread or muffins. The muffins were hard and dry so all I got for breakfast was yogurt and orange juice. That was the only thing that was OK. We spoke to somebody. I can’t remember the man’s name. He said he was gonna try to fix it but when we went to go check out, they never mentioned or call me back to tell me anything about not moving us or getting us a cooler room when we slept through the heat at night we stayed in room 6257 I will not be recommending the hotel to anybody next game. I will have to find another place to stay at.

Stinky and unsafe
Pros:

It was stinky. Staff booked us in and several hours later booked someone else in our room. Thank God the rooms didn’t stink as bad as halls. Halls almost made you gag. Very unsafe neighborhood! Hard to get to. Fenced like construction fence all the way around. You have to go through another hotels driveway
