Great location for concert venue nearby (walking distance). Everything else needs a bit of work
Pros:

There was only one front desk rep that was friendly. I liked how he talked to me and with me. The location being next to NRG was also helpful.

Cons:

TV/Wifi never worked- rep said 4th floor usually don't
Housekeeping woke me up by screaming after I confirmed we could check out at 12 pm (have text from front desk saying we can) saying I'm wasting her time and that the front desk should not have said that
There was blood/poop on the drapes/blinds
Elevator wasn't working and I was on 4th floor
Pool wasn't available but wasn't disclosed
I stayed for the Beyonce concert so the location is great but I wasn't expecting everything else.

Horrible service, broken amenities, scamming their guests, and horrible customer service.
Pros:

The only thing “good” was how close it is to the NRG stadium. That’s it.

Cons:

None of the amenities worked. Everything was broken, ice machines, elevators, bathroom sink, shower nozzle, no water fountain, and wifi was not working. Staff was incredibly dismissive and rude to resolving any issues. When asked for water at 12am the receptionist said to use the sink from the bathroom. No kind of resolution or consideration. They overcharged for the event without disclosing this prior and upon check in they sprung it on us saying to keep our vehicle there we HAD to pay the $30 fee a night. False advertising on their website and just overall a scam. The breakfast was just cereal and juice like nothing was good about this experience and will never come here again.

Great location and staff. Some maintenance opportunities.
Pros:

Location was everything. We were able to walk to our concert at NRG. literally across the street.

Staff was excellent. Good recommendations for dinner and activities.

Cons:

Elevator was hit or miss.
