Sem energia e sem gerador.
Pros:

O atendimento tinha sido bom na chegada. Mas de madrugada acabou a energia e foi voltar umas 10/11h da manhã. Aí não tinha como acessar o elevador, nem carregar os telefones, sem sanduicheira no café, fora o calor que passamos a noite sem o ar condicionado. Impossível hotel sem gerador. E quando fomos questionar na recepção eles simplesmente ignoraram e não apresentaram solução ou desconto.

Pros:

As fotos da propaganda não são reais. São de 20 anos atrás. Havia mofo no frigobar. Mofo nos azulejos do banheiro e o colchão afundou quando me deitei. O quarto estava sujo. Foi uma noite terrível. O hotel é antigo e sem manutenção. Os funcionários foram atenciosos. Ele tem nota alta, mas é uma mentira. Me senti lesado pelo Hotéis.com me vender uma estadia tão ruim.
