Pros:

Un loc minunat cu personal supercalificat si dedicat sa iti creeze o stare de bună dispoziție!Mulțumim!!!!

Cons:

Fiind in vacanta,la cina obișnuiam sa bem un pahar de șampanie sau vin.In acest hotel,dat fiind conceptul de spa si tratament nu se servește alcool!!!!!

Pros:

Понравилась еда, можно выбрать из блюд и каждый день кушать разное, а можно кушать полюбившееся блюдо.
Понравились вечера с музыкой и шоу тайм.

Cons:

Сначала заселили в номер с видом на вытяжку кухни, в номер с неработающей раковиной. На вопрос почему так, ответили, что я сама так выбрала у поставщика услуг. А другого выбора не было. Потом сделали одолжение и переселили в хорошие номера.
Предложили на ресепшене функцию погладить вещи. Ждала полчаса, никто не пришёл. Звонили на ресепшен, никто не отвечает. В итоге выяснили, что уже время вышло и они не работают, а время было с 18:30 до 19:00.
В уличном бассейне на дне плавают какие-то белые хлопья.

Excellent séjour en famille, les repas délicieux, les piscines thermales magnifique, une équipe hyper sympathique et toujours souriante, nous avons adoré notre vacances en plein nature et loins du stresse chez BN hôtel!

Cons:

Vu la taille de l’établissement, il y a plusieurs coins de restauration et du service des boissons chaude (à part le restaurant principale), donc au niveau de la salle de jeux et au lobby les café n’était pas terrible, sois les personnelles ne maîtrisaient pas soit le café n’était pas frais, ça mérite d’être amélioré, mais sinon ce n’était pas au point de gâcher le moment.

Great stay
Pros:

Excellent hotel, pools and spa. My mom was super pleased with an aroma massage. Food (breakfast and supper) was so tasty couldn't even try it all. So many choices it was there. Great view from the balcony and beautiful fascinating nature.

Pros:

So this hotel was nice because of the food and quality and also the fun the beds were cleaner than other hotels and the disco was also fun! My family and I enjoyed this place

Leider war unser Aufenthalt geprägt von Unprofessionalität, schlechter Kommunikation und mangelndem Respekt seitens des Personals.

- Nach der Begrüßung durch den Herrn draußen begann der Albtraum. Im Hotel wirkten die Mitarbeiter unmotiviert, arrogant und schauten die Gäste regelrecht herablassend an. Auf die berechtigte Frage, ob es neben dem gefährlichen Weg zum Hotel eine Alternative gibt, erhielten wir eine völlig unangemessene und schnippische Antwort: *„Ihr fahrt den Weg einmal, wir jeden Tag. Wenn es dir nicht passt, such dir einen Job vor deiner Haustür.“* Diese Einstellung zeigt, dass man hier offensichtlich das Konzept von Gastfreundlichkeit nicht versteht.

Auch das Zimmer welches mit Bergblick gebucht wurde endete mit einem Hinterhofanblick und Amoniakgeruch. Für eine Familie mit Baby absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
