Excellent séjour en famille, les repas délicieux, les piscines thermales magnifique, une équipe hyper sympathique et toujours souriante, nous avons adoré notre vacances en plein nature et loins du stresse chez BN hôtel!

Cons:

Vu la taille de l’établissement, il y a plusieurs coins de restauration et du service des boissons chaude (à part le restaurant principale), donc au niveau de la salle de jeux et au lobby les café n’était pas terrible, sois les personnelles ne maîtrisaient pas soit le café n’était pas frais, ça mérite d’être amélioré, mais sinon ce n’était pas au point de gâcher le moment.

Great stay
Pros:

Excellent hotel, pools and spa. My mom was super pleased with an aroma massage. Food (breakfast and supper) was so tasty couldn't even try it all. So many choices it was there. Great view from the balcony and beautiful fascinating nature.

The best hotel of the year
Pros:

So this hotel was nice because of the food and quality and also the fun the beds were cleaner than other hotels and the disco was also fun! My family and I enjoyed this place

Leider war unser Aufenthalt geprägt von Unprofessionalität, schlechter Kommunikation und mangelndem Respekt seitens des Personals.

1. **Unfreundliches Personal:**
- Nach der Begrüßung durch den Herrn draußen begann der Albtraum. Im Hotel wirkten die Mitarbeiter unmotiviert, arrogant und schauten die Gäste regelrecht herablassend an. Auf die berechtigte Frage, ob es neben dem gefährlichen Weg zum Hotel eine Alternative gibt, erhielten wir eine völlig unangemessene und schnippische Antwort: *„Ihr fahrt den Weg einmal, wir jeden Tag. Wenn es dir nicht passt, such dir einen Job vor deiner Haustür.“* Diese Einstellung zeigt, dass man hier offensichtlich das Konzept von Gastfreundlichkeit nicht versteht.

Auch das Zimmer welches mit Bergblick gebucht wurde endete mit einem Hinterhofanblick und Amoniakgeruch. Für eine Familie mit Baby absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Kalabalık harici her şey güzel
Pros:

Otelde bir çok defa konakladık. Otel tamamen dolu olduğunda restoran ve genel alanlar ne yazık ki yetersiz oluyor. Havuzda şezlong bulmakta zorlanıyoruz. Konaklayacaksanız hafta sonu yerine hafta içi konaklamaları tercih edebilirsiniz. Onun dışında hizmet temizlik ve servis oldukça iyiydi. Sadece kalabalıktan dolayı serviste aksamalar vardı. Bir de lobide koltuklarda ayakkabıları ile uzanan misafirleri keşke nazikçe uyarıp lobide uzanmamaları gerektiğini iletseniz. Ayakkabıları ile uzandıkları yerlere sonradan bizler oturmak zorunda kalıyoruz. Lobide çay kahve içerken de karşı koltukta uzanıp yatmış adamları görmek hoş olmuyor.

Best hotel in turkey!
Pros:

This was a great hotel. Its far away enough to be nice but close enough to the beach if we wanted to go. The service was great. They were very patient and hospitable to us Americans. Everything was absolutely perfect. Gizem was a perfect guide and help. She spoke great English.

We had an issue at check in that we were hoping to get resolved. The General manager Suat, personally handled the situation. He was polite and very courteous as was all of the staff. The staff was always engaging and hospitable. The grounds and walking paths are impeccable. This is definitely a family resort, so if that’s what you are looking for, it’s perfect.
