Pros:

Extremely fantastic design. Staff is amazing. Room design is something I have never seen. Reception staff are very nice and friendly the concierge is very helpful.

Прекрасен хотел, с много футуристичен дизайн на стаите, с всичко необходимо в тях, като отделно споменаване заслужават удобството на възглавниците и уютната тераса. Хотелът е на тиха улица на пешеходно разстояние от центъра. Персоналът е млад, много приветлив и отзивчив, спа-зоната не е голяма, но с всичко необходимо, а масажистката прави чудеса. Закуската е по меню, но има голямо разнообразие и всичко беше много вкусно. Чистотата е изключителна. Със сигурност ще посетим отново.

Cons:

Светлините се гасят автоматично, след напускане на стаите (с датчик за движение), но ако сте с по-дребно телосложение, може да ви се случи докато сте под душа - не е голям минус, но за някой може да е дискомфортно.

Pros:

Very nice property with amazing customer service.

Clean and comfortable rooms, blackout curtains, good WiFi, comfortable bed, quiet (inside and outside) allowing for a good night’s sleep, tv connects to YouTube, and a really great breakfast. Breakfast is a la carte which allows for higher quality ingredients and made-to-order dishes. The waiter at the restaurant, Georgi, was particularly helpful with selecting my breakfast meal and crafting it to my dietary preferences. Front desk staff were also really friendly and welcoming.

Overall, I had an excellent stay and would recommend this property.
