Pros:

Bon potentiel mais tout est a l'abandon....

Cons:

Pas de petit déjeuner avant 9h et encore il y a des jours de fermeture ou la cuisine est fermé toute la journée
L'hôtel est loin du centre sans voiture il faut des taxis obligatoirement
La location des paddles impossible nous avons essayé plusieurs fois toujours une excuse

Small hotel with lagoon access with nice staff but rooms are soso.

The check-in clerk was very helpful and nice. Outdoor plants and deco was lovely.

Cons:

The first room was very small and had a strong smell of sewage. Thankfully there was no issues of switching the room right away. I think the reception personal knew already that the room had this smell and handed me immediately another key without even coming with us to the smelly room. With a little bit of decoration, the rooms would be a game changer.

Hôtel à la Shining
Pros:

L'emplacement au bord de la lagune et la terrasse avec vue dessus.
Grand lit confortable.

Cons:

Pas de restaurant et à 3km du centre (on a eu la possibilité de commander des burgers).
Pas de kayak à emprunter.
Escalier d'accès à la.lagune très glissant et attention aux clous.
Mal placé sur mapsme.
Une seule personne pour la réception (très gentille) et pas toujours là (donc temps d'attente (très) long pour un café ou pour payer).
Très cher du coup par rapport aux services disponibles.

Personalen var oengagerade & balkongen var ganska smutsig. Den borde månas om & fräschas upp.
Kasta alla platsblommor! Ingen vill ha platsblommor. Antingen äkta eller inget.
Ohjälpsam personal. Stängd bar, ingen frukost & lite engagemang. Det finns SÅ mycket potential till detta hotellet så jag hoppas de styr upp det.
Det fanns ett otroligt, lokalt frukost ställe k närheten längst vägen. Samarbeta med dem!?

Bacalar Un lugar paradisíaco
Pros:

La vista a la laguna es impresionante.

Cons:

Le faltaron trampa de olor de los sanitarios (regaderas y lavamanos), durante la noche suben los olores del drenaje.
No nos comunicaron que se corta el servicio de agua durante la noche y se activa durante el día. No puedes bañarte durante la noche y menos usar la taza del baño, nos ayudaría una o dos cubetas de agua para el uso del sanitario durante la noche.
Una botella de agua en la habitación para hidratación personal sería de gran ayuda.

Schöner Ort in einem schlechten Zustand

Die Lage direkt an der Lagune war wirklich schön. Leider hatten wir nicht so viel Glück mit dem Wetter, weswegen die Lagune nicht so schön türkis leuchtete wie auf den Fotos. Ein Auto ist allerdings unbedingt notwendig, um in die Stadt zu gelangen.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel seine besten Jahre hinter sich und es wird auch nicht daran gearbeitet, das zu verbessern. Der Steg ist marode, die Daybetten gibt es nicht mehr, die Farbe auf der Terrasse unseres Zimmers am Abblättern, der Boden im Badezimmer verfärbt…
Das Personal ist eher demotiviert und passiv. Mit mehr Liebe zum Detail (wieso teilweise Plastikpflanzen, wenn mit ein bisschen Liebe dort alles wächst?) könnte man es wieder schön machen, aber so würde ich nicht mehr dort hin fahren.

Deludente, aiuta solo la vista
Pros:

La posizione sulla laguna è veramente bella, anche la camera è spaziosa con vista sull’alba e sulla laguna, davvero romantica.

Cons:

La struttura non ha servizio nè di colazione nè di ristorazione, bisogna per forza prender l’auto per spostarsi non essendo vicina al paese (almeno 8 minuti in auto su strada principale).
Il prezzo non è giustificato, si possono trovare altre strutture più comode allo stesso prezzo o poco più care ma dotate di più comfort. Il personale è freddo e non ha attenzione verso il cliente, quando abbiamo soggiornato noi c’erano abitanti che mangiavano in tutta tranquillità sia nella reception che a bordo laguna.
Non è permesso portare cibo da fuori, anche questa è una grave mancanza perchè si ha il terrazzo e non si può usare per stuzzicare qualcosa, in più non si può nemmeno consumare qualcosa sul posto.
Noi soggiornavamo in suite, c’era odore sgradevole che proveniva dal bagno.
Non vale il prezzo che si paga, li vale solo la vista sulla laguna ma tutto il resto vi fa perder la magia.
