Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was traveling with my dog - English Bulldog and was very happy that hotel allowed us to stay in the room with additional cleaning fee. Outside of the hotel there was plenty space for the car parking. Both rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast - delicious and plenty options, which made our one night stay quite comfortable.

Cons:

Only issue was that we couldn’t eat in the restaurant around 6pm as staff said it was Ramadan… I understand and value culture, however in a 5 star hotel, where many foreigners are staying, this should be considered. We stayed in Hilton in Istanbul and didnt have such an issue. In the end we had to go out to search for other restaurant to eat, while we were very tired from 10hours drive from Georgia.
Please consider this for the future, as this was the only problem we faced in your hotel and im sure we would not be the first one.

Cons:

During the check out, I forgot a new pants in the room, but the staff completely denied finding anything., I gave 4 in the rating because of this.

they are charging extra for the Kuymak; and it was not that good. ( doesn't worth it )
