Pros:

Clean and comfortable stay, with nice views of the sea. Breakfast was really really excellent!
There are some nice shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

We were there in the end of August and it felt slightly too warm inside the building and elevator (nothing unbearable though)

Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Rize – Clean, comfortable stay with a great sea view
Pros:

We stayed at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham in Rize and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean throughout, and our sea-view room on the seventh floor offered a really nice view of the water. Breakfast was delicious, room service was reliable, and parking was available for our car, which made things easy. The location is convenient if you’re flying in or out — about a 30-minute drive from the airport. The staff were excellent, especially the reception team, who were consistently friendly and helpful. Check-out was also quick and straightforward.

Cons:

The only area that could improve is the restaurant. It would benefit from more variety on the menu, particularly more Turkish cuisine options — it felt a bit surprising to find limited local dishes while staying in Turkey.
Overall, a comfortable and well-run hotel that we’d be happy to recommend for a stay in Rize
