Pros:

Food was excellent, alcohol was best hotel we have ever been to, staff was good, late nigh food. Pier was great. Was couple of stray dogs who we wanted to take home. Big massive shoppin center across the road.

Cons:

Ants at the pool, water wasent the clearest at times at the pier but not the hotels fault. Not the biggest resort but we liked that, and it's not very good for kids, but it was just me and my wife

Pros:

I booked this hotel for my parents, and they were absolutely delighted with their stay. The property is beautiful, with stunning cabanas on the pier, delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere.

What truly made their experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding guest service provided by Olga and Yana. They were caring, attentive, understanding, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and dedication made my parents feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after.

Thank you, Olga and Yana, for taking such wonderful care of my parents. Your hospitality made all the difference, and I truly appreciate everything you did.

Good vacation
Pros:

Hotel was very pleasant. Relatively small and quiet, no loud parties, accessible for disabled guests. People were very nice and friendly, especially Yana - she was extremely helpful and hospitable. At arrival our room was upgraded to a family one for free.
Spa area is also impressive, they have own hamam and several saunas. Very nice ladies working there, although massages prices are way higher than average for the region (was still worth it, though). We also liked that there were many Turkish food options, unlike other all inclusive hotels (lamb, pides etc). Very nice pastries for breakfast.

Cons:

Food, despite all the variety, was not always good - often either not salty at all or way too much. Grilled meat was almost always very dry. But we still could find something we liked at every meal
Another con was at the beach (not hotel's fault though). Every afternoon lots of rubbish was taken to the shore by the waves, so we could only swim in the mornings, while water was still clean enough.

Nice but not deluxe
Pros:

Blue Marlin Deluxe Spa & We are spening 14 nights at the Blue Marlin Deluxe.
The biggest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Every member of the team has been warm, polite, helpful and genuinely welcoming.
The Turkish hospitality has been a real highlight of our stay and has made us feel relaxed and appreciated as guests.
The hotel is also extremely clean and well maintained. The food has been consistently good, with a nice variety of dishes and plenty of choice throughout our stay.
We did find our standard deluxe room smaller than expected for a two-week holiday. I would not call it deluxe at all.

However, we had an end-block room with a partial sea and pool view, on level 2 which is not high enough to see the sea and aliitle away from the full impact of pool view.

Guests who like more space may wish to consider upgrading to a larger room.
The beach area was slightly underwhelming compared with our expectations, and the drinks and evening entertainment could be improved.
They were acceptable but did not quite match the standards of the food and service.
Having said that, when we reflected on the overall value of our holiday, we felt we had received value for money. Fourteen nights all-inclusive for two people at this price point is difficult to fault.
We have particularly enjoyed being in Turkey, experiencing the different environment, culture and the kindness of the people.
Overall, this is a very clean and welcoming hotel with excellent staff and good food.

It may not offer a luxury experience in every aspect, but for value for money we would happily recommend it to other looking respectable, budget friendly 2 week vacation.

Pros:

The hotel is unbelievably great! Clean rooms, great food, cool beach bar, super service and hospitality. Special thanks to Yana, who welcomed us upon arrival and was helping us with all our questions. Don’t hesitate to take a hammam and massage by Lela, it was a super relaxing experience.

Lovely relaxing stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel i would say 4* nice rooms with nice touches, robes & slippers supplied. Drinks were the best never had to wait to be served. Spotless clean & plenty of sunbeds on the beach & pool. I would of given 5* but we had a issue with one of us is cealic. So needed gluten free & diary free. I did email the hotel in advance so was disappointed when on our 1st day . The member of staff who would deal with was her day off. The manager did try her very best & even asked our friend to write a list of items that she would like. Also everyday & meal times a chef would take her round the dining room & advise when was suitable for her to eat. So top marks for that. There is entertainment at the beach bar everyday except Sunday. Also the cakes were amazing

I was not satisfied with this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, they had given my room to someone else. When I asked for my own room, they did not help me in any way. They placed me in another room without any connection. I did not like this situation at all.
