Great location, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay overall despite some noise issues.
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the location is excellent. I would also like to thank the reception staff, who were all very kind and helpful. One receptionist in particular was outstanding. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but he was always welcoming, friendly, and willing to help.

The only downsides were the housekeeping and the noise. Housekeeping did not come to clean our room every day, so we often had to call the housekeeping staff when we saw them in the hallway and ask them to clean the room.

During our stay, we also had very noisy neighbors on several occasions, with loud noise until 2–3 a.m. and then again from around 7–8 a.m. the next morning. This was quite difficult, especially because I came to Istanbul for surgery and had requested, if possible, a quiet room. However, I understand that this is due to the behavior of other guests rather than the hotel’s fault.

Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel thanks to its great location and the kindness of the staff.

Empfehlenswert, da Zentral und günstig.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Gleich in der Nähe ist die Busstation. Wir bekam ein großes Zimmer und schön eingerichtet!

Cons:

Kein Parkplatz vorhanden! Das ist der einzige Nachteil.

nightmare hotel
Cons:

Very disappointing experience.

We booked this hotel expecting basic cleanliness and comfort, but unfortunately our stay was far below acceptable standards.

Upon arrival, we found the room dirty, with dust, hair on surfaces and in the bed, and the bathroom was not properly maintained. There was no toilet paper available, and even the bathroom dispenser showed visible rust and poor hygiene conditions.

During the night we had to request a room change because of the condition of the first room. The hotel moved us from a double room to a triple room, but unfortunately the second room had very similar cleanliness issues. The air conditioning was also not working properly.

What made the situation even more stressful was that I was scheduled to undergo breast surgery the following day. I needed a clean and comfortable environment to rest before the operation, but instead we spent the night dealing with room changes, discomfort, and concerns about hygiene. We barely slept.

We stayed only one night and left afterwards because we did not feel comfortable remaining in the hotel.

The staff did provide another room when requested, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were simply not acceptable.

Based on our experience, I would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it to travelers who value cleanliness and comfort.
