للأسف كانت تجربتي غير مرضية مع الفندق. عند وصولي لم يتم إعطائي السويت الذي قمت بحجزه ودفع قيمته عبر بوكينغ، وإنما تم إعطائي سويت مختلف وأقل من المستوى المطلوب. وعندما راجعت الاستقبال وأوضحت لهم أن هذا ليس السويت الذي اخترته، أفادوا بعدم توفر السويت المحجوز حالياً، وعرضوا علي سويت أقل بدون أي تعويض أو إعادة فرق المبلغ، وهو أمر غير احترافي أبداً.

بعد نقاش طويل وتأخير ومضيعة وقت وإزعاج مع موظف الاستقبال نادر، تم أخيراً إعطائي سويت آخر، لكن التجربة كانت سيئة من البداية بسبب سوء التعامل وعدم احترام الحجز المؤكد.

أيضاً توجد ملاحظات على النظافة والخدمات داخل الغرف، حيث إن دورات المياه لا تحتوي على شامبو، وصابون الجسم كان خالص وغير متوفر.

أتمنى من إدارة الفندق تحسين جودة الخدمة والاهتمام براحة النزلاء واحترام الحجوزات المؤكد

Very good and clean
Pros:

We were in Riyadh to attend a party and the location of the hotel was close to the venue.
The hotel was very clean, WiFi was excellent.
The only reason I rated this hotel an 8 instead of a 10 was the lack of a small refrigerator in the room !
Many economy hotels provide mini refrigerators in the room especially in a city with very hot Summer.

Cons:

No refrigerator in the room.
