Pros:

Spacious Villas, granted an early check-in.

Cons:

Initially the clerk was unable to locate our booking. After about an hour and a half we were assigned a villa.
Lots of heavy traffic noice coming from an adjacent road. Hydraulic pump noise throughout the night. Villa extremely poorly furnished, just 1 ceramic cup, a few random cooking pots. Stove in miserable state.

Excellent villa with great potential, outdoor areas could be better organized and utilized
Pros:

The hotel location was excellent and perfectly suited the purpose of our visit, as we were attending a family gathering in the same area. The breakfast was very good with no issues at all.

We were upgraded to a villa, which was a great experience. The villa was spacious and very suitable for families. The kitchen was well designed and practical. The bathrooms were clean and in very good condition. Overall, the accommodation was comfortable and well suited for a family stay.

Cons:

The wardrobes were relatively small compared to the size of the villa, though still acceptable. The balconies were not well utilized — lighting was limited, and they did not feel functional or inviting.

The large outdoor area with the pool had great potential but was not properly organized. It lacked outdoor seating arrangements, especially shaded areas, which would have made it much more enjoyable, particularly during sunny weather. The space felt underused and could be better arranged to create a more welcoming outdoor atmosphere.
