Cons:

حجزت فله بقيمة 3000 ريال لليوم مع الأفطار وطلبت تمديد ولكن الموظف يبدو انه قليل خبرة مدد بنفس السعر ولكن بدون افطار وتم اجبارنا على الدفع في مكان الفطور لليوم التالي وللاسف عندما تقدمت بشكوى للمسؤل وعد بمعالجة الامر ولم يحصل ذلك .

Location even if it’s always crowded area

Cons:

First the deposit sr.1000 took now 3 weeks and still not refunded to me yet and they don’t answer
Second they call early in the morning to remind me of check out and when I asked for 1 h only they refused
3rd the pool is not clean
