موظف خدمة صف السيارات المصري رائع جدا
تأخير غير مبرر في وقت تسجيل الدخول والخروج وبطئ الموظفون. ايضا مناشف الحمام قديمة
الفندق رائع من حيث الديكور والتصميم الداخلي والخارجي بالاضافة الى غرفة النوم التي اخترتها كانت واسعة ونظيفة ومرتبة ويوجد بها كل مستلزمات الراحة، بالاضافة الى تعامل الموظفين الراقي
الاستقبال كان ممتاز
وفيه الشاب المصري فتحى كان مثال للتعامل الراقي
عوازل المبني كانت شوى ضعيفه
حجم الفيلا وعمق المسابح
عدم توفر اواني فالمطبخ نهائي رغم حجز فيلا المفترض فيها بعض الاشياء الاساسيه !
عدم وجود عامل ينزل اغراضنا للفيلا وقت الوصول دخلنا لوحدنا
رفض التمديد لعدد من الساعات رغم ان قبلنا عمل مدد وعادي وافقوا له .. عدم اتاحة وضع حواجز للمسبح عند الطلب
Staff are good
1st night I arrived late and a signed to room 46 and I woke up on a cooking smell
Although this was addressed then by the recipient team and moved me to another upgraded room, the experience for the 1st night was too bad
I liked the staff most.
They made sure to provide you a personalised service and make you feel special.
Hats off to Fayd & Btool at reception and a lady at the breakfast.
Facility is well maintained and very clean.
Good breakfast
I like to have a room with a Window and a view. This is what I found missing.
Definitely, this is not something property can do anything about now.
