Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht und bezahlt, doch das Frühstück wurde ohne Information seitens des Hotels gestrichen. An der Rezeption konnte man mir das Geld nicht zurückerstatten, da der Mitarbeiter mit dem Vorgang überfordert war. Ein versprochener Rückruf blieb ebenso aus wie eine Antwort auf meine schriftlichen Kontaktversuche. Sehr enttäuschender Service!

الاستقبال واختيارهم للغرفه أنا وضعت شروطي واختياراتي تفاجأت تعطيني غرفه ارضيه تناسب ذوي الاحتياجات ايضاً اقتتحام خدمة الغرف لغرفتي بحجة التنظيف طرق الباب ولم يكن هناك أجابه مني تفاجلءت يفتح الباب علي أنا لم اطلب تنظيف ولم اخرج من غرفتي والوقت صباح هل يعقل يكون فيه تنظيف وانا نايمه بلاغتهم بالملاحظات للأسف حتى العذر مافيه والأخير فوطه انسكبت قهوه وتم تنظيف بالفوطه اعتبروها تالفه ودفعوني القيمه لن اكرر الزياده والغلط مني لم ارى تعليقات قوقل ماب ولا لم يتم حجز هذا الفندق
