It is a shame that the hotel is looking very tired, the pool is lovely but the sunbeds are uncomfortable and the patio surround has heavily broken tiling (no bare feet or risk cuts and stumbling) Everything is a bit worn out but it's a budget hotel and we anticipated these issues.

The staff seemed miserable, and the hotel felt lifeless, with no atmosphere at all. Breakfast was very limited, and the hotel does not have a bar or restaurant to have a drink/snack in the evening.
The hotel is extremely outdated and in serious need of refurbishment. It certainly does not meet a four-star standard, two stars at most. I would never stay here again, especially when there are many hotels in the same area at the same or even lower prices that offer a far better experience

Очень сильная слышимость в номере, очень скудный выбор еды на завтраке, плохо убираются в номере, по ночам в номере под гипсокартоновым потолком бегали крысы или тому подобные зверьки и пытались его разгрызть… персонал на жалобу не отреагировал вообще никак. В один из дней оставили грязную тряпку на столе в номере. Стены разноцветные…При подъезде к гостинице горы мусора, а также мусор по пути на пляж.

退房时前台告知需要等待5分钟检查房间，结果让那个我等待了10分钟以上，主动询问后得知是前台员工忘记告诉我了🥲

For a more upmarket hotel it really falls short of the mark. Here are the following things that are disappointing about this hotel.
1. The front service staff are not friendly or helpful. Asking them something and you get a pained look like you interrupted their conversation between each other. They purposefully have chairs that are lower than the desk to hide from you where able. Don't bother asking for recommendations on what to do/ where to go. I asked which restaurants are good and they replied anywhere up the road before returning to their phone.
2. The scooter rental while reasonably priced is a joke. For a hotel you would expect bikes that are at least minimum road worthy. You can't book ahead. When I booked one on the day they provided me with one that the electrics and horn didn't work. I ride motorbikes so I know what to look for and they give out unsafe lemons. The replacement while rideable, still had issues like no speedo and sticky brakes.
3. The rooms are clean but they have mould in the bathrooms as they need a weird privacy blind inside of them which is not built for wet rooms.
4. Shower is not great, the shower heads are clogged up, little pressure and rarely get hot water.
5. Breakfast was a bit of a let down. The food while there is a lot, it is just not very good. The fruits are not very appealing, the eggs they cook are with an oil that tastes off and overpowers the eggs. The other hot food is ok but so many tiers lower than what you would expect in Ho Chi Minh hotel for half the price.
6. The pool area stinks of sewerage until about 3pm, don't expect to enjoy it until then.
7. The hotel is overall just old and falling apart. Pictures on booking.com are very out of date. The balconies have huge cracks along the cladding now and it is next to a huge resort which is not in the pictures.
They should provide a page of recommdations for restaurants and places to go as a bare minimum for better service!

Mistä oikein aloittaisin. Ensimmäisen kerran kun astuin hissiin luulin että olin mennyt väärään hissiin koska se oli niin likainen, tahrainen ja haisi. Molemmat päähissit olivat samanlaisia. Ne olisi helppo siivota jos sen vaan tekisi. Käytävät ja huone tuoksuivat homeelle, tunkkaiselle ja ummehtuneelle. Katossa näkyi homepilkkuja. Seinät olivat likaisia, pöydät rikki ja naarmuuntuneet. Huoneessa oli käytetty tuoksua piilottamaan hajua, mutta se ei ollut onnistunut. Ilmastointilaite oli hyvin heikko ja toimi huonosti jos ollenkaan. Aamulla ulkona 24 C° oli viileämpi kuin sisällä. Suihkusta ei tullut lämmintä vettä. Hotellin sivustoilla kuvat ovat ajoilta kun se avattiin ja niitä ei ole sen koommin. Ainoa asia mistä olin iloinen oli se, että vietin siellä vain yhden yön enkä enempää.
