Det var inte gratis solstolar vid stranden. Fick inte flytta solstolarna vid poolen. . Lite sunkigt på väg till standen. Odrickbart kaffe . Lyhört mellan rummen.

There wasn’t enough info about certain things such as using beach towels. No safe in the room so had to use the one at the front desk. Clearing in the restaurant was always slow so hard to get.a table. Most of the food that should have been hot was cold, even the coffee. The floor in the room was dirty. My feet would get black from walking on it. From the outside it looks like it’s crumbling.

The reception staff were rude, unhelpful and abrupt.
It took three days for the lock on the door into our room to be repaired…a five minute job in the end!
Breakfast was average.
Hotel is grossly over priced for what you get. It was the worst accommodation we experienced in our fantastic 4 weeks in Vietnam

The beach was very dirty, I went swimming only once during the night of our arrival when I couldn’t see what was inside the water or on the beach. How sad such a lovely place is not kept clean.
breakfast the same everyday. The chef cooks pancakes in a small home size frying pan and gets 4 pancakes every 5 minutes while the dining is full of people and you can hardly find a free table.
Coffee is lukewarm to warm and made in a home size glass jug that is placed on a heating rack to heat it up.
The tiles around the pool are cracked and loose so you have to be very careful when walking in the pool area.
Most sadly though is the trash near or around the beach bar and the food in the beach bar which is inedible.

Hotel has not good smell. Staffs are not much active in work and support customers. THere are so many mosquitos in my room ( 2nd floor). I and my wife get full of mosquito's biting in hand for all days.

Не хватило приспособления для сушки купальников. Приходилось сушить их на стуле.
Но, возможно, если бы мы обратились за этим к персоналу, то нам бы принесли сушилку.
По крайней мере все остальные наши просьбы выполнялись моментально.
Нам заменили неработающий телевизор, дали дополнительную подушку, предоставили услугу такси до аэропорта и тд.

Stará, opotrebovaná budova, izby pôsobili z roku 1960, steny popraskané, nábytok starý, zlomený. Slabé raňajky.

The staff seemed miserable, and the hotel felt lifeless, with no atmosphere at all. Breakfast was very limited, and the hotel does not have a bar or restaurant to have a drink/snack in the evening.
The hotel is extremely outdated and in serious need of refurbishment. It certainly does not meet a four-star standard, two stars at most. I would never stay here again, especially when there are many hotels in the same area at the same or even lower prices that offer a far better experience

It is a shame that the hotel is looking very tired, the pool is lovely but the sunbeds are uncomfortable and the patio surround has heavily broken tiling (no bare feet or risk cuts and stumbling) Everything is a bit worn out but it's a budget hotel and we anticipated these issues.

Очень сильная слышимость в номере, очень скудный выбор еды на завтраке, плохо убираются в номере, по ночам в номере под гипсокартоновым потолком бегали крысы или тому подобные зверьки и пытались его разгрызть… персонал на жалобу не отреагировал вообще никак. В один из дней оставили грязную тряпку на столе в номере. Стены разноцветные…При подъезде к гостинице горы мусора, а также мусор по пути на пляж.
