Wonderful visit.
Pros:

Big, beautiful hotel that was more like a mountain lodge. Top of the hill in a wooded, quiet location with a great view.
Nice comfortable room with comfortable bed.
The breakfast was fabulous. Best breakfast, ever.
The pools and spa were nice despite the large crowd of people.
Maid service personnel were professional and friendly.
Nice gym, better than most hotel gyms.

Cons:

Crowded resort. Lots of people. We found the last parking spot.
At check-in, we inquired about purchasing an inclusive meal plan for lunch and dinner, but were told that had to be done only online with Booking.com at the time of reserving the room. So we were disappointed on that.
Also, there was a technical problem with the room. Although it had a nice, business desk, the electrical outlets over the deck were completely dead. I made 4 inquiries, but nothing was done. We were told there is a room card to insert near the door. I tried two cards from the front desk and made 16 different combinations of light switches and cards but nothing worked. So I had to work my laptop sitting on the bed which was quite uncomfortable. There was a general shortage of electrical outlets in the room anyway for our numerous phones and devices. This was not a deal killer.

Приятен хотел на много добра локация, но с пропуски в организацията
Pros:

Локацията е страхотна, много приятна спа и отлична закуска.

Cons:

Организацията в хотела куца - при пристигането ни стаята ме беше готова, но не ни казаха и чакахме в нея докато допочистят. В стаята липсваха кърпи и три пъти искахме от рецепция докато ден по-късно получихме кърпи. В спа центъра също нямаше кърпи първи ден. Отделно самата изолация на стаите е много малка и се чува всяка дума на хората от съседните стаи и кога ходят до тоалетна. На края на предстоя ни не работеше системата, платихме и се оказа че има грешка в сумата, трябваше да изпращам банков превод за остатъка.

Pros:

הספא היה מצוין (2 ברכות - חיצונית ופנימית, 3 סאונות יבשות, 2 רטובות,חדר מלח ), החדרים גדולים, ארוחת הערב מצויינת , ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה.

Cons:

לא היה ניתן לסדר טמפ מים בדוש ובאמבטיה , הטמפ השתנתה בין חם לקר .
לאחר שפנינו לקבלה - תוקנה התקלה.
* בעיה שדווחה ע"י אורחים נוספים.

A wonderful stay — everything was perfect!
Pros:

Everything was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and surrounded by nature. The spa facilities were fantastic — the pools, sauna, and steam rooms were all perfect for relaxation. The staff were kind and professional, and the breakfast had a great variety.
