Clean
No room service,
We had the queen suite. Super comfy beds. Large double room. View of the city.

Fine for one night !
Could use better Pillows
Bed was uncomfortable, shower drain had not been cleaned and was clogged with hair. Elevator seemed to be on its last leg. Service staff were excellent and we enjoyed Boston’s Pizza.
Very clean, quiet, and easily accessible from the highway. Great restaurant and pool area. Our favorite place to stop on our way home during summer vacations. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
A few issues with the property: toilet, curtains, and door lock were broken on check in. Staff was able to fix the toilet and improve the door lock condition (so we were no longer locked in the room but the deadbolt could not be used safely). Breakfast was pretty gross/limited but they did give us 2 10$ vouchers for all the trouble with the room. Elevators reeked (of weed/vape). Manager at check out was very pleasant.
Loved the accommodations and the restaurant/bar onsite so we did not need to leave the hotel.

Great place to stay for business or pleasure
Carlo was very pleasant during our check in. He explained everything that was available to us and the times the restaurant closed and open.
Desk Registrant and manager, Aaron, of this expansive welcoming lobby made this Four Points an oasis in the hot desert for us. He is an excellent representative of the Marriott spirit. Admit to being somewhat surprised in Yuma, AZ.
Everything was clean and the bed was great!
