Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. There is a dining room on 8th floor. Minimal items but helpful. The evening staff was incredible. She called the pizza place for us to place an order on 2 nights. So kind. Thank you. Will stay again.

Very affordable and spacious enough to move around and feel comfortable.
Pros:

Location has many things to do around it and tons of places to eat. It's about a 5-10 bus ride to get to the beach. Very spacious rooms and internet is stable enough for video streaming.

Cons:

Breakfast could have more than just jam and toast but was thankful there was hot and cold water dispenser and a kitchen to wash dishes or utensils.

Comfort stay
Pros:

Comfortable mattress and pillows, especially after a long road trip. Parking was also free and convenient.

Nothing to complain about — everything was great during our stay.

Great value for money
Pros:

Excellent value for money. We loved the steaming closet in the room. They have laundry facilities and the wifi was excellent. Not much english is spoken, but we got by with translation apps and the staff was very kind.

Cons:

The location was good because it was a 2 minute walk from the green line, but you have to take the metro to all the sights. The neighborhood itself is very local.

Très confortable
Pros:

La literie était vraiment très confortable et les draps de lit incroyable! La chambre était très propre. Bien équipée. Très bonne insonorisation. Des rideaux qui permettent de dormir dans l’obscurité la plus totale. Très bien situé avec le métro à 3 minutes à pied avec des restaurants, boulangeries, marchés dans le quartier.

Cons:

Il manquerait clairement une machine à laver le linge dans l’hôtel.
Le personnel à la réception était catastrophique: absent ou quand ils étaient là, ni bonjour, ni au revoir, même pas un regard. Nous avons demandé où se trouvait une machine à laver le linge et on nous a répondu « j’en sais rien, vous avez qu’à chercher sur Google »!!! Bref, à part nous donner les cartes à notre arrivée,… même lors du Check out nous avons déposé les cartes à la réception, étant donné qu’il n’y avait personne, et nous sommes partis!
Le petit déjeuner était offert: une sorte de céréales, et de l’eau. Voilà tout.
