Alles top. Personal war sehr nett, Zimmer war sauber, Frühstück war ausreichend, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein, aber abwechslungsreich und das Restaurantpersonal sehr um zügiges Nachlegen bemüht

Das Zimmer hatte mit dem Bild bei Booking keine Ähnlichkeit. Alle negativen Rezensionen stimmen: stickig, Fenster in Luftschacht mit Geräuschbelästigung, bei offenem Fenster Blick von anderen Zimmern direkt aufs Bett, Air-condition direkt gegenüber des Bettes sprühte Kondenswasser ins Zimmer, sehr eng und keine Möglichkeit Kaffee/Tee zuzubereiten. Es war alles sehr lieblos, Stuhl und Mülleimer vom Putzen noch auf dem Tisch, leerer Minikühlschrank. Der Preis war dafür überhöht, auf El Hierro hatten wir für 18€ weniger eine erstklassige 100qm Wohnung! Eigentlich spricht nur die Nähe zum Hafen für die Unterkunft.

Location was good, breakfast was good.

The room didn’t have light. The window was black without visibility. It opened onto a terrace where there were people. I think that the price was too high for the quality.

Payed for a closed door and zero service afterwards!!!

Cons:

The check in is till 22:00. I messaged that I’ll be a bit later. After rushing I was there at 21:58, only to find a closed door. Check booking messages and got a generic Spanish message that they closed after 22:00, no instructions or anything. Called the number given on booking and nobody picked up. Had to book the only available hotel left only the island for 200,- a night. Otherwise I had to sleep on the streets. The day after I went there and they pointed out a number on the window with a number I should’ve called. The little letter with the number had Spanish text and barely visible because it was between other information on the window. And it wasn’t giving in the generic message I’ve got that evening. No sorry or anything for that I payed for nothing. 0 costumer service.

Cons:

DZ belegt - drei Bett Zimmer genommen , unbedingt vermeiden eigentlich kein Fenster nach Draußen kein durchlüften möglich! ! Hätten nach fragen müssen um ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen ! Die Bewertung des Hotel geht aber in Ordnung !!
