Pros:

Easy location to explore Lisbon, close to the metro station and lots of restaurants locally. Nice sized room with a comfy bed and bathroom, perfect for our short stay!

Staff so foi atencioso e agradável com os estrangeiros, ignorou-nos praticamente… pequeno almoço ok. Lençóis estavam por passar, housekeeping bate nas portas dos quartos varias vezes antes da hora e no dia do checkout…

Für einen Kurztrip um Lissabon zu erkunden okay.
Pros:

Der kleine Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer war sehr praktisch und die Klimaanlage war super.

Cons:

Ich hatte deutlich mehr von dem Frühstück erwartet (Auswahl und Frische) und war am Ende auch nur einmal da. Das Hotel ist aktuell links und rechts von Baustellen umgeben, was tagsüber recht laut war. Im Badezimmer störte zudem ein lautes Rauschen des Abflusses, sobald andere Hotelgäste ihre Bäder genutzt haben.

Unpleasant will not stay there again, good location

Cons:

Room was not made up, stepped on shards of glass upon arrival. Alerted reception staff, was apologetic. I expected the room to be cleaned up the next morning while we were out but unfortunately when we returned, glass was still there beds and towels untouched and floor not vacuumed. We received a knock on door after 6 if we wanted room service but we declined as we came back exhausted. Bathroom definitely needs a Reno especially shower base. We used thongs to shower. Room didn’t have a sheer curtain so we had to keep blockout blind closed all time due the close buildings next door.

Gutes Hotel für ein Paar Tage in Lissabon, Ubahnstationen in der Nähe und Gegenden auch sehr schön und sauber.

Overwhelming smell, broken window, and lack of privacy.
Cons:

This room should not be rented out in its current state. Several significant issues made the stay highly uncomfortable. 1. There was a severe, heavy (almost chemical) smell in the bathroom that made it impossible to enter without holding your breath. When I asked reception if I could briefly use a bathroom in another room, they could not accommodate me. They sent a "maintenance manager" with a spray, but this would not work. 2. The window could not close properly due to a defective mechanism. I had to use a towel as a weight just to keep it shut. 3. There were no sheer daytime curtains—only heavy, dark blinds. You are forced to choose between sitting in complete darkness or having zero privacy if you want natural light. 4. Only two standard bath towels were provided; there were no hand towels or face cloths in the room. The lack of proper maintenance and the failure to adequately address a major health/comfort issue made this an uncomfortable experience.
