Convenient location
Pros:

The room was a good size. You were able to open a window for fresh air. The location was close to a metro station, shopping and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant. We were able to check in a little earlier after a very long flight and were upgraded to a room with a larger bed.

Cons:

We came back around 4 pm and the room had not been made up even after leaving the sign on the handle. Had to find a cleaner to get some required items.

Alles bestens. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel buchen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist durch die Nähe zu zwei Metro-Stationen perfekt angebunden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht "überbordend" aber ausreichend und die Speisen sind gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber, das Bad ist - für Hotel-Verhältnisse - fast schon groß...

Cons:

Es gibt nichts wirklich Negatives zu berichten. Lediglich etwas mehr Ablagefläche im Zimmer (z. B. für einen zweiten Koffer) und ein geschlossener Schrank wären kein Luxus.

As we were leaving we had a problem with Bolt. The young lady at the front desk saved my day

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Die Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber grundsätzlich sehr sauber.

Very comfortable and good facilities.
Pros:

It was personable and staff v helpful. Reception staff (some) were less proficient in English, but the team as a whole were well able to compensate.

Cons:

It was well away from the centre, but walkable if you like walking. Metro facilities available close by instead.

Pros:

Estaba limpio

Cons:

Siempre se olvidaban de reponer todas las toallas y estás estaban bastante desgastdas. Un día llegamos y se habían dejado la habitación abierta después de entrar a hacer la habitación. Por suerte nuestra habitación no estaba muy a la vista y no echamos en falta ninguna de nuestras pertenencias.
La habitación es un poco pequeña.
