The property is well located, noise from outside is heard but not enough to make it an inconvenience.
The place is clean and the cleaning staff is there to do room cleaning even outside the allocated hours for service. The always left new waters, two fun sized chocolates and fresh towels.
The rooms are spacious and elegant. There’s a lot of outlets everywhere so you can charge all of your devices.
WiFi is included so that’s a plus too, if you need to get things done while traveling.
The pool, spa and sauna area are so, so nice. Also has a gym on a different floor. Not sure about parking since we didn’t take a car, but they asked me if we had one at check in so I’m assuming they either provide a parking space or they tell you where to park your car at least.
The front desk ladies are all attentive and very helpful. Didn’t have a problem with customer service at all. Very recommended, for families or couples, friends or solo travelers. It’s a pretty nice hotel located in the heart of Zapotlanejo. Everything is close.
The noise coming from inside the hotel that is disturbing. The restaurant noises, the housekeeping noises, the doors slamming and the people sitting at the patio which happens to be right in between 3 rooms. Which is strange and poorly planned already. I think the walls are just too thin and you can hear everything.
The AC doesn’t quite work as expected. Turns off when in auto when it’s warm in the room and doesn’t cool down the room evenly. You have to be facing the AC to get the full effect.
Also, all the doors from the rooms, slam very violently. They need to change that, I got woke up twice in the 5 nights we stayed there because of a slamming door. Not cool. First time I’ve had this problem with a hotel room door.
Also, please install doors or at least a curtain in the open part of the shower glass divider. It’s annoying and water gets everywhere.
Overall, 3.5 stars out of 5. Great hotel but there are things to work on that seriously bring down their rating.

I would like to mention, the room cleaning was ok. No 100% clean, I found large black hairs on the floor in different parts of the room. All the others was fine.

Excelente servicio, llegamos temprano y sin tener que preguntar la recepcionista nos ofreció entrada inmediata al cuarto lo cual fue muy conveniente ya que otros hoteles tenemos que rogar o pagar extra por ese servicio! El hotel está cotizado en el mero centro del pueblo y rodeado de todas las amenidades.

The hotel interior looks really nice. The room was big and confortable and the staff was really friendly.
The only bad thing thay we encountered was a very unpleasant oddor in the bathroom. Everhoug it looked clean, the small was comparable to draining issues.
Other than that ot was not bad, acutally the room was well decorated and pristine.
The beds are really comfortable. The shower felt so nice. There’s both cold and hot water. A/C worked. TV and wifi worked well. They give you complimentary candies and water at the rooms. The staff makes sure you have enough towels and anything else you may need. The staff is great! There is parking and you need to validate the ticket before you leave.
