Pros:

The scenery in this valley was gorgeous. My hiking, biking, & walking experience perfect. The natives were friendly people. The hotel restaurant was awesome. From the soup & salads to the roasted bbq lamb to the chicken & “rosnisat” AWESOME. The staff was nice. The proprietors were on site and very caring to their guests. “I’LL BE BACK”

Pros:

The rooms are outdated and have a strong baby powder smell. While they provide the necessities, the furniture and overall condition need improvement — both chairs in our room were stained. There was also a private party during our stay, and the noise and music carried on until 2 a.m., making it hard to sleep.

The location does not actually offer views of the Vjosa River from the rooms, only the mountains. On the positive side, breakfast was enjoyable with a nice view and good coffee, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall, it’s fine for a short stop to enjoy breakfast, but I would not recommend spending the night.
