Персонал отеля совершенно не был готов к ситуации. Спрашивала их про убежище или хотя бы подвал в случае прилета ракет, они разводили руками, типа ничего не знаем. Попросила сообщать мне о сиренах (действовали только на телефонах с местными номерами). В результате наблюдала пару раз ракеты и несколько раз дроны из окна, соседнее здание было разбомблено, а замечательный ресепшн мне ничего не сказал. В гостинице было не безопасно, выехала из нее раньше срока, компенсировать мне не прожитый день гостиница тоже отказалась.

فندق وموقع ممتاز جداً، وآمل مراعاة ماتم ذكره من سلبيات بسيطة جدآ وقابلة للتغيير.

الفندق يتميز بموقع ممتاز جداً في منطقة هادئة بالسيف بعيد عن صخب المدينة، مازالت المنطقة في مرحلة التطوير من ناحية الفنادق والخدمات العامة، ولكن اعتبره خيار ممتاز لمن يبحث عن الهدوء بشكل عام،كما أشكر الأخت نجلاء على تعاونها معنا وتسهيل إجراءات الوصول المبكر كذلك الخروج المتأخر.

أعتقد بأن القيمة مبالغ فيها قليلآ، كذلك لم تعجبني مرتبة السرير ولا تصنف مرتبة فندقية ولا المخدات،، أيضآ التكييف كان عالي ولم يكن هناك اختيار للتدفئة ما عدا إطفاء التكييف فقط..

انا سكنت فيه قبل 3 سنوات كان افضل بكثير الان سيء جدا فقط الموقع ممتاز الحمام ريحة الصرف الصحي وصوت العزل ضعيف نوعا ما صوت الديسكو التواجد بالاسفل يرتفع ضجيج للعلم السكن كان في الطابق الثامن

الموظفة ميشيل او شاميل لا اتذكر بالضبط بالاستقبال كان جدا سيء بالاستقبال 👎 وهدوء ولا تعطي اي ردت فعل ولا ترحيب مع العلم انه يوجد فنادق مقابل السعر المدفوع كثير وخيارات متعدده الدخول كان متأخر جدا
