كانت اقامة جميلة جدا تحسب بالذاكرة من اروع الاماكن الي ممكن تجي وتسترخي فيها وتحظى باقامة فاااخرة

المكان رائع جداااااا من حيث الموقع والنظافة والمرافق . لا يوجد به اي عيوووب للامانه يُعتمد بكل زيارة للبحرين باذن الله

ولكن يوجد موظفه في الرسيبشن اعتقد من الجنسية الهندية سيئة للغااااااية في التعامل مع العملاء تماطل كثير سيئة جداااااااا . العيب الوحيد في هذا الصرح الجميل هذي الموظفة

بحكم أنني سكنت في هذا الفندق أكثر من مرة، قررت في اليوم الثاني من إقامتي الأخيرة الانتقال إلى الشاليه (الفلة)، لكن للأسف واجهت عدة ملاحظات لم تكن متوقعة:

بإمكان أي شخص خارج الشاليه أن يدخل إلى الشاليه عن طريق باب قصير ، يمكن لأي شخص غريب الدخول من تحت الباب ، مصيبه امنيه و كارثه !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
الشاليه كان يفتقر لأبسط أدوات المائدة، حتى الملاعق لم تكن متوفرة.
نقص واضح في تجهيزات المطبخ وأدوات التقديم.
الكنبات كانت متسخة وتحتاج إلى تنظيف عميق.
وجود مشاكل في الإضاءة داخل الشاليه.
مظلات وكراسي المسبح لم تكن نظيفة بالشكل المطلوب.


هذه التفاصيل مهمة لأنها تؤثر بشكل مباشر على تجربة الإقامة، خاصة لمن يختار الشاليه بحثاً عن راحة وخصوصية أعلى. أتمنى أن يتم الاهتمام بهذه الجوانب، خصوصاً أنني عميل متكرر وألاحظ أن بعض الملاحظات تتكرر دون معالجة واضحة.

تجربة متكررة بين الإيجابيات الواضحة وملاحظات لم تُعالج بعد
Pros:

ما زال هذا الفندق أحد خياراتي المفضلة في البحرين، وقد سبق لي الإقامة فيه أكثر من مرة وتقييمه في يونيو 2024 ثم في مايو 2025، لذلك فإن هذا التقييم مبني على تجربة ممتدة وليس على زيارة عابرة.

ما أعجبني

ما زال طاقم الاستقبال يمثل نقطة القوة الأبرز في الفندق؛ احترافية، ترحيب، وسرعة في التعامل مع احتياجات النزلاء.
فريق التدبير الفندقي (Housekeeping) يستحق الشكر على تعاونه وحرصه على تقديم خدمة جيدة.
الفندق يتمتع بموقع جيد ويجذب مختلف الفئات، ولا يزال مناسباً للمجموعات والعائلات والأصدقاء.
أقدّر اهتمام إدارة الفندق بخصوصية النزلاء وحرصها على توفير بيئة مريحة وآمنة للإقامة.

للأسف، بعض الملاحظات التي ذكرتها في تقييم مايو 2025، والتي تلقيت عليها رداً رسمياً من إدارة الفندق يفيد بأخذها بعين الاعتبار والعمل على تحسينها، ما زالت قائمة حتى الآن دون تحسن ملموس ، لذا اعتذر عن اعطاء كامل الدرجه هذه المره

ما زال مطعم الفندق وخدمة الغرف من أضعف عناصر التجربة مقارنة بمستوى الأسعار وفئة الفندق.
أسعار الإقامة والخدمات ما زالت مرتفعة بشكل كبير مقارنة بمستوى التشغيل والخدمات المقدمة.
الأثاث بحاجة إلى تنظيف عميق أو تجديد في بعض الوحدات، خاصة أن القيمة المدفوعة تضع سقفاً مرتفعاً لتوقعات النزلاء.
إجراءات الدخول إلى الغرف والتحقق من النزلاء تتم أحياناً بدرجة من التشدد تفوق ما هو مطلوب لتجربة ضيافة مريحة.

أما الملاحظة الأهم، فهي المتعلقة بأفراد الأمن.

في زيارتي الأولى عام 2024 أثنيت بشكل واضح على مستوى الخدمة والاحترافية التي لمستها خلال إقامتي، بينما في الزيارة الحالية وجدت أن أفراد الأمن بحاجة إلى تطوير أكبر في جانب التعامل مع النزلاء. فحتى مع وجود متطلبات أمنية أو مرافق ترفيهية داخل الفندق، يجب أن يبقى أسلوب التعامل راقياً ويعكس مفهوم الضيافة الفندقية.

المشكلة ليست في تطبيق التعليمات أو الإجراءات، بل في أسلوب التواصل وطريقة مخاطبة الضيوف، والتي بدت في بعض المواقف حادة أو جافة أكثر مما ينبغي. الفندق يمتلك طاقم استقبال متميزاً يعكس صورة إيجابية جداً، وأتمنى أن يحظى فريق الأمن بنفس المستوى من التدريب في مهارات الضيافة وخدمة العملاء.

الخلاصة

أكتب هذا التقييم لأنني أحب الفندق وأعود إليه باستمرار، وليس لمجرد الانتقاد. ما زلت أراه من الخيارات الجيدة في البحرين، لكنني أعتقد أن الوقت قد حان لمعالجة الملاحظات المتكررة التي تم التنبيه عليها في أكثر من زيارة، خصوصاً ما يتعلق بالمطعم، وخدمة الغرف، والأثاث، ومستوى التعامل لدى أفراد الأمن، حتى تتوافق التجربة الفعلية مع الأسعار المرتفعة التي يدفعها النزلاء.
