Pros:

特別困ったことなく手続きして宿泊できたのが良かった。レストランのスタッフさんには子どもたちに優しく声かけしてくれて嬉しかったです。（騒がしい子どもに嫌な顔せずに対応してくれたのがプロの姿に感じました。）

Cons:

2部屋頼んだのが宿泊者名義によって別々の手続きになり、チェックイン手続きを2回繰り返すことになったのがややめんどくさいなと感じたのと、私は大丈夫だったが、システム操作に忌避感のある方は、スタッフさんが1人も常駐していないことにちょっと気にされるかもと思います。

Pros:

チェックアウトの時点で外がどしゃ降りだったのですが、フロントに「リユース傘 / ご自由にお持ち帰りください」と、たくさん傘が置いてありました。
折り畳みの傘は持っていたのですが、それだけでは大変だったので助かりました。

If you’re looking to experience Sendai, this puts you right near a bunch of Izakayas, shopping, etc.
Pros:

Staff were amazing, went above and beyond to help us out as we needed to ship luggage to our next hotels. Room was always clean with the beds made. Almost no signs of wear and tear on any of the furniture. Awesome location surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and cafes.

Cons:

They have the ability to receive luggage shipped to them but are unable to ship them out. But! Yamato is about a 5min walk away so it is not a bad trade off. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

A man , Your staff is really bad . He has bad manner and he is not willing to help . I had a little problem while check in but he shown a bad manner , bad facial expression. However i can check in without any help from him .

Pros:

The room was huge for a Japanese hotel room - very unexpected and appreciated. Love the LG styler for an overnight clothes refresh, I wish more hotel rooms had one.

Cons:

No iron available, but the LG styler in the room was decent at getting the clothes refreshed and removing creases, it wasn't quite as effective or fast as having an iron

My stay is very pleasant in this hotel.
Pros:

Very convenient, very good price. The LG Styler Clothing Sanitizer in the room is out of my expectation. This machine can keep my clothes feel clean during travel. My stay is very pleasant in this hotel. However, if you need parking, you have to check the location clearly in advance.

Cons:

Parking. It is not easy to get the location.

Super Lage im Zentrum, interessanter Empfang
Pros:

Kommunikation und vorab online Check-In gut. Am Empfang wurde der QR-Code nicht erkannt, aber mit Namen ging es problemlos. Wir hatten den Samurai, hätten bei unserem Alter eher den Dinosaurier als Empfangsdame/-herr erwartet :) Personal war sofort verfügbar, wenn notwendig. Praktisch die Gepäckaufbewahrung. Wir hatten nur ein normales, kleines Zimmer, kein Themenzimmer. War ausreichend. Alles sauber und funktional, Bad und Bett sehr gut, ausgezeichnet geschlafen, ruhig. Die Lage ist perfekt in der Fußgängerzone, ideal auch für Abends aus zu gehen. Absolut nichts auszusetzen.
