Excellent location right next to Machne Yehuda , and on the tram to get to old city.
After our stay the General Manager of the hotel contacted us to apologise for the construction noise and find a resolution. I was impressed with the level of customer service and action taken by the hotel to ensure we were satisfied .
Although the hotel did tell us there was some construction, the noise level was terrible with a piling machine constant from 7.00 am until 6.00 pm. With dust everywhere so we couldnt use balcony or outside seating.
This really spoilt our stay as we went for a holiday and a rest and were unable to sleep past 7.00 am .

זמנית יש אתר בנייה צמוד למלון והרעש הפריע.
עם זאת, הרעש נפסק בשעה 17:00 והערב היה שקט, רגוע ומושלם כפי שציפינו.
מלון מושלם, במיקום מרכזי. הכל נקי , צוות אדיב ונחמד. ארוחת בוקר טעימה וטריה מאוד. אהבנו את הגקוזי בגג מאוד.
