Great hotel with excellent service and a convenient location near Omiya Station.
Pros:

This was my third stay at this hotel, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Omiya Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. All the staff are extremely professional, welcoming, and friendly. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Pros:

Excelente la habitación, pequeña pero cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Tiene un lindo lobby con café disponible a toda hora. Si bien el hotel no está en el centro, tiene buena comunicación de transporte público y restaurantes para comer por la zona.

Recommend choosing another hotel if you value cleanliness
Pros:

Staff were lovely, even offered me a towel after I came in during the typhoon weather and kept my missing AirPod behind the desk. They’re the only reason why I’m rating this 5 stars

Family Mart and 7-11 is right next door, public transport is available but bit of a walk if you’re transmitting from Kyoto Station

Has Netflix and YouTube

Cons:

The room’s cleanliness is appalling, dust is everywhere including on the shower vents, bugs are everywhere including on the bed. Stains on the bedsheet The AC has a funny smell from it, I did read that on a other review and it’s because of all the dust that is on it

A perfect stay for visiting Kyoto with great facilities and lovely staff
Pros:

This stay was very comfortable and perfect for staying in Kyoto. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There are great facilities in the building including laundry room, ice machine, coffee machine. There are plenty of places to eat and lots of coffee shops locally. Located very close to train to Arashiyama area.

Cons:

This property is about 15-20 min walk from Gion, Kyoto. It is well connected with trains and transport options however good to be aware if you plan on walking. This wasn’t a problem but something to consider.
