A equipe de staff é fantastica, o Rudy, Arthur,Leni a gerente acho que a Ana. Sao gentis e atenciosos, nunca fui tao bem recebido, e já estive em Hyatt, Hilton e outros hoteis.

Parece um hotel de filme! Foi uma estadia incrível, com um staff excelente e localização perfeita.

Foi uma experiência única e surpreendente. A equipa do ZERO foi impecável a responder às minhas necessidades. A arquitetura do hotel impressionou-me imenso, e o quarto é ainda mais bonito ao vivo do que nas imagens. Foi, sem dúvida, uma experiência muito positiva. Um agradecimento especial ao Artur pela simpatia e por todo o acompanhamento no processo de check-in. Irei com certeza voltar na minha próxima estadia em Coimbra.

Quelle expérience formidable ! Nous avons été accueillis avec une petite bière, une attention très sympathique. La chambre est conforme à la description, bien agencée et le lit est extrêmement confortable. Un espace commun magnifiquement décoré permet de grignoter et de prendre un verre dans une ambiance conviviale. Les hôtes sont charmants et attentionnés. Un endroit très agréable !
