Pros:

As instalações são muito confortáveis e estilosas. Tanto nas áreas comuns como nos apartamentos de frente tem-se uma vista sensacional da cidade do Porto e da ponte D. Luis. O café da manhã é excelente, com uma vista extraordinária. Além disso, o atendimento dos funcionários é diferenciado.

Petit déjeuner incroyable, avec une très belle vue sur le Douro
L'hôtel est très bien situé, avec une entrée en haut du pont, et une en bas

A estadia ficou muito aquém do esperado (e exigível) atento o que publicitam e o preço.

Cons:

Fiquei no 5 piso e a canalização da casa de banho é horrível. Estive toda a noite a ouvir àgua a correr pelos canos e por vezes era como se estivesse alguém na casa de banho a fazer descargas. Apercebi-me que acontecia quando nos outros quartos (penso que do piso superior) tinham a àgua aberta (possivelmente banhos) ou usavam a casa-de-banho. Por outro lado, a circulação no hotel não é agradável. Os corredores são muito estreitos para quem deixe o veiculo no estacionamento (cujo acesso também não é agradável, agravando o fato de termos de previamente pedir uma chave na receção) e tenha de passar todo um corredor entre quartos até chegar ao elevador, depois subir até ao piso 10, sair, percorrer mais uns metros para chegar a outro elevador que nos leva à receção... isto para fazer check-in e check-out com bagagem causa imenso transtorno e não é nada prático.
