Perfect hotel and location, staff could do with a smile.
Pros:

Perfect hotel great bar/pool area and amazing room.

Cons:

Reception staff were very rude and didn’t crack a smile once every time entering or exiting the hotel. Bar staff were lovely though.

Très bel hotel, bien placé et confortable
Pros:

Très bel endroit extrêmement bien situé par rapport aux principaux sites touristiques. Les chambres sont très agréables et fonctionnelles. Le personnel est au petit soin. Une petite mention pour le restaurant qui est vraiment excellent.

Cons:

Un détail : l’absence de brosse de wc. Ceci oblige de tirer la chasse d’eau énormément de fois pour rien

The swimming pool is not a pool rather a tiny plunge pool.
Perhaps it’s a thing in Porto, but the restaurants and bars don’t open till 1 o’clock or later

A localização é perfeita. A vista é maravilhosa. O hotel é lindíssimo e muito confortável . O melhor pequeno de hotel que ja experimentei. A repetir sem duvida.

Sky Bar was nice in the evenings for drinks

We were upgraded which was really nice but our room was on level 2 which was noisy at times with the road and bins beneath our window

Great place, great people
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully situated. The view from the hotel is like a postcard. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, very well cleaned, and the minibar, water, etc. are stocked. The breakfast is very good. I recommend it.

Cons:

Two things: Taxis are having trouble getting to the hotel. Drivers are afraid to approach because of the no-entry sign on the street. There should be clearer/more obvious information about allowing taxis to approach the hotel. The second issue is the terrace bar. The view is beautiful, but the service is very slow and somewhat "disoriented." Despite these minor complaints, I recommend this hotel.

Man kann fast alles fusslaeufig erledigen
Ideal für einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt
Die Parkgarage für PKW ist ideal

Cons:

Da ich dieses Mal spät gebucht hatte lag mein Zimmer hinter einer Hauswand und ich konnte den Douro nicht sehen, lediglich die Ponte Luís I von unten
Man sollte Zimmer ab dem 8. Stockwerk buchen

Um dos meus hotéis de eleição, em Portugal.
Pros:

A vista é de sonho, e os funcionários são, incrivelmente, simpáticos e prestáveis.

Cons:

Não foi “não gostar” mas, o facto de, ter ficado num quarto que tinha um edifício a impedir a vista, maravilhosa, da janela, foi a única coisa que gostei menos. Talvez por lapso meu que, não me apercebi, e selecionei um quarto mais a baixo, a pensar que tinha uma vista mais próxima do rio. 😅
