This hotel is a must stay if you’re visiting Porto!
It is in a beautiful location and convenient to both sides of the river. The service is good and the rooms are very clean. The buffet breakfast is delicious!

La vue est exceptionnelle devant le pont dom-luis un hôtel très atypique dans la réalisation incrusté dans la colline. Prendre le petit déjeuner et le dîner dans cette salle avec cette belle vue c'est top. Prestations de très haute qualité, hôtel très chaleureux
Place was spotless staff very helpful and super location
Om Porto te verkennen kun je het niet beter treffen dan dit hotel. Het ligt direct aan de beroemde Ponte de Ferro, op 50 m afstand van de "gele" metro lijn (D) die je direct over die brug naar het centrum van de stad brengt. Maar lopend is het ook makkelijk te doen (reken op max. 30 minuten voor de meeste bezienswaardigheden). De kades aan beide kanten van de Douro zijn het hart van het toeristische gedeelte en het uitzicht vanuit het hotel is 's avonds de 'place to be' voor de zonsondergang. Het restaurant is goed, maar heeft een beperkte keus. Ontbijt is het beste dat wij sinds tijden in een hotel hebben gehad. De kamer is netjes en wordt goed schoon gehouden. De prijs is wat steviger, maar je krijgt wel een heel fijn hotel daarvoor.
Er is voldoende ruimte voor hangkleding, maar vreemd genoeg is er maar een paar legplanken, wij hebben wat moeten reorganiseren om de kleding (voor een week) kwijt te kunnen.
Professional staff, fantastic location, great service, clean and modern. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
