Vincci Ponte de Ferro ~ A World Class Hotel in every way.
Pros:

My favourite Porto hotel. Located high up right next to the Luis 1 Bridge with stunning views over the Riberia Port and beyond, Vincci Hotel is just amazing. Great staff, an outdoor area where you can swim, eat, have a drink … or just watch the world go by. An excellent restaurant, which doubles up as the perfect breakfast location. The rooms are fabulous and beautifully designed. Love this place.

Great time at a very beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Awesome location, right by the bridge with the great view and short walk to everywhere.

Cons:

Tight parking and not free, paid €20 per night for a parking spot.

This is a beautiful property with a perfect location, not all staff is as welcoming as it should be.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Easy access to the bridge at the top and bottom. Our room had a beautiful view. It's right next to the park where everyone goes to watch the sunset.

Cons:

I want to start off with a complement before a criticism. Some staff were really great--the bartenders/servers out at the pool, the guys at the front desk who checked us in, the housekeeping staff. I have to say a couple of the ladies who worked at the front desk were really stuck up. I had one lady walk out to me while we were sitting on the top patio to make sure I was a hotel guest. A lot of the hotel guests are sort of glamorously dressed and blinged out -- I guess you get treated better if you are. My wife and I are more casual 50 somethings, but I can assure you we have the means to afford this hotel and do not appreciate the attitude. I hope a manager reads these reviews, could be a teaching moment here.

Pros:

Incredible location. Comfy beds.

Cons:

Found the staff a little slow in the 6-bar although they were really lovely. Probably just a little short staffed? Couldn’t use app for room service. Not much storage in standard room but I guess for a short weekend break would be ok. We do tend to bring lots!
