La posizione perfetta e ben collegata, a due passi dalla fermata metropolitana di Fulton e a molti punti di interesse come Ground Zero, stanza spaziosa e letto comodo. La doccia è ampia.
Il riscaldamento è stato fuori servizio per due notti quando fuori c'erano -18 gradi e faceva davvero freddo. La lavanderia non accessibile per un guasto. Le tende non oscuranti completamente, serviva una mascherina per dormire.
The size of the room. Had everything I could need for a longer stay. The view from the windows was great. The location was awesome so close to everything. The amenities were great. Love all of the front desk agents and employees everyone is so nice!

I think it’d be nice to have carpet on floor
The location is very convenient. That’s honestly the only positive. It would have been much better if the room actually had working heating. Even the maintenance staff told us that heating problems are common in this building, especially in the room we stayed in.
This hotel was a huge disappointment and absolutely not worth the price.
The heating was broken during our entire stay in the middle of December, it was below zero degrees. The hotel sent staff multiple times to “fix” it, but nothing was ever actually resolved. The heating never worked properly.
What made things worse was the poor communication and attitude from the customer service and the management. After many complaints, the hotel clearly promised a partial refund for the affected nights, telling us it would be processed within a few days. However, nothing ever happened.
We had to keep chasing them, and only later were we told that we had to contact Booking.com ourselves. I spent an unreasonable amount of time going back and forth between the hotel and Booking.com. Even one month after check-out, this issue was still not resolved.
In the end, the hotel only agreed to refund 30% nightly rate of 2 affected nights while we stayed for 9 nights, claiming they had sent someone to fix the heating — which is simply not true, as the problem was never fixed. This was extremely frustrating and felt dishonest.
The real issue wasn’t just the broken heating — it was the repeated promises that were never kept. Being told twice that a refund would be processed and seeing no action at all is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. This hotel cannot be trusted, and I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
The layout of the one bedroom apartment was fantastic, we spent a week there and found it so comfortable felt like our own apartment. Honestly cannot wait to go back again. The location was perfect.
the only thing i wish was for the washer dryer situation to be in the unit instead of a communal one.

The door code changed and I could not get in my room and ran late to deliver dinner goods to my 91 year old grandmother. The door code was not good and the front desk was not friendly. The people that stayed in the hotel were loud like college students screaming at the top of their lungs.
