Pros:

Very clean rooms and bathroom. Hotel is in great shape. Basically all you need for hotel stay. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Easy access from highway. Very close to nearby zoo.

I've stayed at Avid numerous of times this is my go to hotel. Very nice and rooms are very comfortable. Location is very convenient.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned or wasn't cleaned good hair was on the toilet and in the shower

Comfy stay in a reasonably priced hotel in a great location…
Pros:

Very convenient location, helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

The pool was on the wrong side of the building, so that it was always in the shade in the afternoon. Should have been on the western side, so that it would get afternoon sun (when most people want to use the pool).
