O time de atendimento seja da recepção quanto do restaurante, foram impecáveis pela gentileza e atenção. Destaco o super atendimento da Sra. Rosangela - recepcionista do restaurante (delicadeza, atenção e presteza)

Cons:

A questão da limpeza poderia ser melhor, assim como um guarda roupa para que as mesmas não ficassem expostas nos cabides.

Comprometimento ao oferecer um serviço.
Pros:

Muito boa a localização, a limpeza, os funcionários muito gentil, o café da manhã. O hotel é para não fumantes! Um ponto super positivo.

Cons:

A falta de um secador de cabelos no banheiro e o espaço para colocar as malas e o cabides, muito pequeno. Este espaço atende somente a uma pessoa.

Apesar de não poder antecipar o check-in, o hotel foi solícito e dispôs da possibilidade de guardar as malas antes que eu fizesse o check-in. Comunicação rápida, instalações confortáveis, hospedagem bem localizada.
